“Absolutely wonderful breakfast sandwiches and the Texas Pecan coffee topped it off just right. Unfortunately we did not stay at the Mansion but we were still treated exceptionally well like we were guest. This will definitely be our go to spot for breakfast anytime we are in Gruene!!“

“Was able to get in when there was only one other table of customers. After a really bad few days of personal tragedies, my mom and I were able to slow things down in a calm atmosphere and enjoy our meal. Customer Service was excellent and the servers kindness was exactly what we needed during this difficult time for my family. I know it was just lunch however, being able to have a quiet, calm and kind experience helped both of us collect our thoughts. Somedays it's the nonchalant kindness of others that brings hope.“

“This is our first time here and we finally made it for a to go breakfast. The food was beyond AMAZING and the service was perfect! Their system for making sure everything is in the bags is great. The staff is super friendly and polite. I do want to say if you want to visit plan ahead because all of Cibolo/Schertz was in the building. We will be back soon!“

“We had a great breakfast at IHOP today with Alisha as our server. The food was delicious. Oh and pumpkin pancakes are back and on point.his ihop had taken a nose dive a couple years ago for me, but the last few times they have recovered and gotten a five star. Thanks for that!“
