“I just want to give a shout out to Bush's chicken! I was not feeling well Thursday night and my comfort food is their baked chicken. I ordered through doordash and Bush's called me a few minutes later. The lady on the phone informed me they didn't have baked chicken ready so gave me the option ot wait or substitute or refund. I let her know I was happy to wait. She updated my delivery time and my food arrived fresh and hot a little while later. I wish I had gotten her name because most places would just cancel on you or give you whatever but I really appreciated this service especially while I was sick!“

“Came in for lunch, im kinda old and dont like tablets. had to order from it, but chose cash option. where I guess the order doesn't go to the back unless you pay first. I sat there for about 10 min waiting, until she asked if i was paying cash.
