Just a heads up- they will verbally ask you what you want to tip as you’re rushing trying to quickly leave after sitting in the long line for 15+ minutes without anyone acknowledging the long wait.“

“We came on spring break for a quick bite to start our day and we received this absolute best customer service we have ever had at a donut shop. Very friendly, courteous cashier/wait staff. She was very patient with us even with a line behind us. Donuts were great. Would come again when passing thru!“

“Thank you to Dunkin' and the management there in New Braunfels who fulfilled a large donut order two mornings in a row and donated a portion of the donuts for our school's Donuts with Dad event! “I truly cannot express how much I love it here. I have always ordered birthday donuts from my kids here - but recently started going on weekend mornings with my kids as a special treat every so often. The staff is so incredibly kind and personable, and my children love coming here. Donuts are always great and so inexpensive.“
