McDonald's in New Braunfels

“Was not the best McDonald's I've ever been to. It took quite a long time for our meal to be ready, though we did have a large order. The food was delicious, as always but the atmosphere wasn't great. Lots of people in a very small McDonald's. It was quite loud and lots of noise coming from the kitchen. There was always a long line of people waiting by the counter. They do have a game table for the kids, which is a plus. Though it wasn't a great atmosphere, the quality of the food makes up for it. Was great food, would recommend. (Just try not to come at the most popular hours)“

“Went inside to eat. 2 others eating. 4 in line waiting for food. And waiting and waiting and/.. , maybe preferences were being given to drive throughs. Keeping a drive through waiting 15 minutes would be bad.
I interior was clean but sterile.

“I ordered 16 double cheeseburger meals pretty late and all I heard from the intercom was someone who seemed so happy taking my order. I drive up and see the biggest smile ever. I must remind you that it was almost midnight when I placed this order. The food came out pretty quickly all separated for easy distribution and the manager along with her girls filed out bringing my food with the biggest smiles and cheerful attitudes. The rest of my night was really pleasant. A bright smile and a bubbly personality go a long way and it made those meals have more value than the value meals themselves. Great job guys! Thank you for making me feel important ordering food for my crew!“

“I ordered online for pickup for drive through. I had my dog in the car he loves chicken nuggets he had his head out of the window. The sweetest girl come up to the window and thought he was adorable and ask if he could have some whip cream! I said of course, he was so excited. I just wanted to give a shoutout to this young lady for great customers service. I didn’t catch your name, but thank you!“

“I love taking my girls here. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and most of all they keep the kids area, very clean. They also have one big touchscreen table in the kids area, and two small touch screens on tables in the front lobby. I wish I made it easier for the children to reach it because my daughter always asked me out halfway on the table to be able to play the game, but other than that it’s really good place to take your kids

Kid-friendliness: This place is definitely kid friendly. It’s the only McDonald’s. I know of. In new Braunfels. That has a huge player area for the kids“

“Service was slow for a McDonald’s. The order list screen was broken so I couldn’t tell if my mobile order was received. I couldn’t ask anyone at the counter because she walked away when I walked in and the 3 people who came in after me stood in line for a minute before giving up and going to the kiosk. Plus they’re rationing whipped cream on the frappes.“
