When we cook menudo, we always cut it in bite size pieces, trim the fat, and do not use oregano. I know everyone makes it a little different. The server, Juan Carlos was an absolute delight. He kept our cups full n continually checked on us. (We got there at 11, right before the lunch crowd)“
