“I'm giving 5 stars strictly because of the young lady working the night of 9/23. I didn't catch her name but after a long day of working I stopped in to grab a late dinner around 8:45. The staff member was working by herself but she was hustling. After I walked in and waited my turn, 3 more people came in. Not once did the young lady complain or seem overwhelmed. She provided excellent customer service and made some great subs.“

“Every time I roll up to that Cuban spot in Killeen, it feels like sittin’ down at my abuela’s table after a long day ridin’. Now, I ain’t ever tried their sandwiches, but that hot bar? That’s where the real treasure lies. You walk in and see all them pans laid out—ribs, chicken, rice, beans, and sides stacked up like a chuckwagon feast—and you just know you’re about to eat good.

Those ribs fall clean off the bone, tender as can be, and that rice soaks up all the flavor like it was meant to be there. The sides ain’t no afterthought either—corn, veggies, rolls—all of it tastes like it was cooked slow with care, the way family’s been doin’ it for generations. Ain’t no small portions here, either. They pile your plate high enough to keep a cowboy full till sundown.

What I like most is the feeling behind the food. It don’t taste like some quick bite you grab in town—it feels like a home-cooked meal, warm and familiar. To me, this place ain’t just a restaurant. It’s comfort, it’s tradition, and it’s good eatin’ every single time.“

“I went to Katy Deli today for lunch while in town to place an order to-go, the employee was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Club sandwich and added pickles, my food was ready to go in roughly 5 minutes! The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Thank you Katy Deli!“

I had to ask the other employee her name because she was so nice and still on her 100%. Her name is Nicole, and she is the manager. Ma'am, thank you so much for making is smile.“

“First time getting orders from this location online. My app said ready by 6:35 but by 6:30 they were already ready! They put generous amount of toppings and it was just mouthful and delightful! It's located just next to I-35 and easy to access!

“I am retired for many years from Fort Hood and this has been the best outing I have had there at Subway. This was the best everyday Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt sandwich prepared I have had from any Subway location. The bread was toasted and the cheese melted just the way I like it. The bread had a crunch to it that made it even better not soggy like other sandwich places. I would like to give a special thanks to the 2 employees there Annie and Sylvester who prepared it for me and my wife. The small talk I had with the both of them even made it better. I will be a returning customer to this location for years to come.“
