“I explained that I have celiac disease and have to be strictly gluten-free, and the servers swapped spoons in all of the items I wanted. They also changed gloves and used new containers for lettuce and cheese since they usually grab those with their tortilla-touching hands. They were kind and gracious, and I didn’t feel like a burden. The burrito bowl was amazing. Thank you for a safe, delicious lunch!
