“Drive thru around 3 pm. Service was lacking. Took the order, took the money and then the visible serving area empties for 15 min. Likely time of day meant we had to wait for the chicken to cook. That's fine but we were guessing. Zero communication. Eventually workers reappeared and the lady appeared, handed us our food. She said, sorry for the wait and shut the window.
Fries were hot, chicken was warm......“
