“It's just sonic food. WHAT'S MESSED UP is the fact that management and the owner can't / won't fix these tip options on their screens. These kids work for tips and the fact that yall have let this go on for as long as it did is shocking. They should all quit on you and go elsewhere. I feel bad for them. They work hard and can't even get a tip from. A card. That's poor ownership“
“Ordered delivery due to me just getting home from work. Its been a rough week. I get my food, I did not get my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, no ketchup, and my cheesecake shake, I think had too much cheesecake flavor in it or, the ice cream is bad. Either way does not taste good. I've never had a cheesecake shake taste like this.“
“Had issues with order app. Made it to the sonic, but still wanted to use app as I had rewards, and 1/2price beverages, savings help make up on a few gallons of gas these days. Anyways, the gentleman came to my car and confirmed order, and adjusted cost to the app offer.It'd had been a rough day,all day. But the helpful rep at sonic, finally made something easy on me. And i just wanna say thank you, changed my day“
“Pull, pushed the red button, gave them my name and Fia answered. She said the order be right out. When she delivered my order I was greeted with a smile. She confirmed my name and give me my order. I requested a drink carrier. Fia the quickly return with that same smile.“
“Food was as expected from Sonic. Good (but greasy) burgers. Tots & fries were hot & crispy.
Order taker seemed to be having a bad day. was rather short & didn’t seem to respond well when I pointed out an error on the order/screen twice. (I asked for no veggies on a burger & he rang up no bacon…???)
When the burger came out without bacon, I let the car hop know & told him about the tone & interaction. The car hop mentioned he could hear my original interaction/order conversation & said they’d make it right.
The order taker did come out & apologize & they remade the burger.
Owning mistakes & making things right took this from a 1 star to a 4 star review.
