“Had issues with order app. Made it to the sonic, but still wanted to use app as I had rewards, and 1/2price beverages, savings help make up on a few gallons of gas these days. Anyways, the gentleman came to my car and confirmed order, and adjusted cost to the app offer.It'd had been a rough day,all day. But the helpful rep at sonic, finally made something easy on me. And i just wanna say thank you, changed my day“

“It's just sonic food. WHAT'S MESSED UP is the fact that management and the owner can't / won't fix these tip options on their screens. These kids work for tips and the fact that yall have let this go on for as long as it did is shocking. They should all quit on you and go elsewhere. I feel bad for them.
