Fries weren't soft n crunch like normal they were stale and sad to pay took forever to pop up and once I did when the hike gave me my food she said I hadn't paid pulled up my bank statement to show I did had me wait 10 minutes before telling me I somehow paid for someone else's food and then had to wait another minute while she went to grab my straw because she forgot it avoid this location dear lord
I don’t know if I just have bad luck or what, but every time I go to this location, something is always wrong. Today, I ordered online and got there when it said my food would be ready. They said the grill wasn’t heated up cause they just opened. I asked me to wait. 15 minutes later I’m getting frustrated and was told there was still a problem with the grill and I was given a refund. I waited 20 minutes for nothing. New management is needed here!!!!
