I had their new Jr. Garlic Butter Bacon Burger for breakfast this morning and it was THEE BEST BURGER I've ever eaten. LOVE IT! Please make this new burger part of your regular menu.
The food and service is generally pretty good. Buuuuttt… someone needs to address the young lady who has the braids that go down to her ankles. It has got to be a Health code violation as you know that is not sanitary…but most definitely a food safety concern. Sonic Drive-In offers good and hot food, despite sometimes slow service due to understaffing. The location is usually clean, and interactions with employees are typically polite, even though staff members often switch. One customer appreciated the assistant manager's quick resolution of a drink issue, praising the great customer service. However, there are concerns about the lack of tip options on screens, which affects hardworking employees who rely on tips. Some customers noted that Sonic does not provide internet access, which can be inconvenient for those who use the Sonic app, especially if data flow is restricted. Food quality is generally good, with most orders coming out hot. Service can vary; some staff may be less friendly, but others, like Fia, are kind, fast, and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. Overall, loyal customers enjoy the food quality and service at this Sonic location, making it a favorite spot for regular visits.
