He was super nice and worked fast, even offered an extra ice cream for the wait (even though it was only 10 minutes after running everyone order before mine).Love this place and wish I could eat more often.“

“There was a gentleman with a dairy queen hat and glasses. I think he's the manager. This is Tuesday June 3rd at 550 pm. You can tell this shift is ran well and they have a great work environment. I am wildly pleased by his manners and customer service. 👏“

“I love coming to this Star's and I know in this area is very hard to find staff, but even knowing that, the staff here are awful. We saw 4 employees in total and they all looked horribly miserable and no one smiled. When we got our food, we got no napkins or straws. We also asked for ketchup (we had three combo meals) and they brought us 2 packs of ketchup...ummmm, what am I supposed to do with that. When we asked for more, the young lady actually rolled her eyes at us. Another employee brought out our napkins and straws and she was also unfriendly. “I walked in on the middle of a dinner rush on Wednesday to get 4 order of the 4 for $4 I thought I was going to have to wait but surprisingly my order was ready in less than 2 min. “I have visited this location on multiple •• occasions at varying hours of the day and consistently received prompt service. The food is really good. Both the manager and assistant manager have been exceptionally friendly, as have the other staff members. The air conditioning is really good feels exceptionally refreshing, especially after being exposed to the hot sun.“

“Shout out to the Manager Lupe. I had placed a mobile order after school for the McDonald’s on 42nd, and they couldn’t find my order. After 10 min of looking, I was told the order was for the Andrews location, even though the address on the receipt was for them. Went across town to the Andrews location only to find out they couldn’t find my order as well. I spoke with Lupe who took the time to call the other store only to confirm they did have my order. She could have easily told me I needed to go back for my order, as they were very busy at that time of day, instead she took the time to get my order from the other location, make it fresh and even bring it out to me. I wish more people would put this kind of effort into customer service than to just brush it off and get on with their day. Kudos to her, McDonald’s she needs a raise!“

“Hey it isn't much to look at, and off the beaten path, but it is truly an oasis of authentic, good cooking. I was cutting across from Odessa to deep southwest Texas, to I-10 and on to Pharr. Saw this food truck and thought, man I sure am hungry and I better eat before I am out in the middle of nowhere. Good choice and decision. The lady there doesn't speak English and I am the one and only No-Mexican speaking Mexican in Texas. Actually can understand and speak poquito, just embarrass myself trying. I order a couple of breakfast burrito, the Mexicali and the Huevos con Chorizo, OMG them monsters were huge, wonderful, home cooked style, you aren't going to find just anywhere. I was so full when I left there, In fact I saved half of one for later. It was so good, I didn't save it very long lol. Wish I lived closer or went through there more often, but it might be a minute before I make it that way again. I would love to try the regular menu next time. Try it, You'll like it, the commercial used to say.“
