“I HAVE DINNED AT RICKS SEVERAL AND FOUND IT A VERY NICE, CLEAN AND PLEASANT PLACE. WITH VERY GOOD FOOD AND WAITSTAFF. BUT I WAS THERE TODAY AT 10:30 AND WENT BACK AT 11:00. THE PLACE WAS CLOSED.“

“The place itself isn’t all that great looking- being connected to a gas station, I thought twice about going inside. But I’m glad that I did because the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and attentive, and you could tell the person cooking our breakfast truly loves what they do. Everything was made to perfection—especially the eggs, which were the best I’ve ever had. They were so good, I had to personally tip the cook. If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast, this is the spot!
I will definitely visit again while I’m in town.“

“A friend of mine told me about this place and let me try some fish he bought today I decided to try it and man I’m so glad I did I got fish fried okra and fries and the okra has to be the best okra I’ve ever had by far and the plate of fish won’t even close it’s so full I will definitely be eating here a lot and would recommend over any other place in Texas“

“Kindred was super friendly from beginning to end(not our server but cleaned table off, got us our drinks and took finished plates).

“We stopped in today for lunch. They have several menu items to choose from. We had a burger with onion straws, Fish Dinner with onion straws, and a fish and shrimp dinner with fries. Everything was seasoned perfectly with large portions. The food, staff, and views were phenomenal.“
