“My two friends and I went through the drive thru to get our meals. This Subway is on Oak Street in Palestine, TX. One of my friends wanted a meatball sandwich but they were out of meatballs. So my friend ordered a foot long steak sandwich. I got a steak sandwich too. But I got the chipotle southwest dressing while my friend got the ranch dressing.When we got our sandwiches at the window, they were wrapped in sandwich paper but they weren't marked so we didn't know whose sandwich was whose. They didn't tell us which sandwich belonged to who either. We had to unwrap the sandwiches and open them up to see what was inside to tell which sandwich belonged to who.Also my friend got too many veggies in her sandwich. She threw her tomatoes out after we left the drive thru. There may have been some miscommunication on her part or the Subway people may have mixed it up by mistake; I'm not really sure.The sandwiches tasted great overall but the service could have been better.“
