They decorated the table with petals and candles, our waitress Chloe was AMAZING, she guided us through the menu, gave us great recommendations and was overall was such a delight. The trip was worth it! The people there are so friendly, and the food was sooo delicious, the owner even gave us some food samples to try. I highly recommend this place to everyone. “My wife and I had been coming here for a while. This is one of the Valley's hidden gems! I recommend galbi (short ribs), bulgogi (thinly sliced steak), kimbap, and mandu (dumplings). The portions are very generous, fresh, and of great value. On top of that, we always get a post dinner snack that varies from candy to fruits. I highly recommend this place!“

There was a gentleman once serving us a while back and his service was like day and night from the lady. We had take out because we can’t stand her. We keep coming because of their great food and the hopes to get to enjoy the service as well. All orders are always accurate.“

The restaurant is very clean, the service is fast, and the gorditas are always delicious. My daughters especially loved the frijolitos con queso. “This place was nice all the way around. Interior is nicely decorated and they have the biggest and widest tv I have ever seen. As soon as you sit down they bring you complementary bean soup, whole tortillas chips, a variety of salsas, and refried beans. We got the coconut shrimp for an appetizer. For the main course we got shrimp tacos on corn tortillas. Everything was choice. Highly recommend.“

“I’ve been coming to Roachas for years, and honestly, it’s one of my go-to spots. I’m here at least once or twice a week because the prices are hard to beat compared to anywhere else, especially for the quality you get.
Every now and then they might mix up an order, usually something small like the taco type, but it’s rare and nothing major. About 9 out of 10 visits, everything is spot on. The food is consistently good, the portions are solid, and the value is unbeatable.
The service is another big plus. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when they’re busy, they keep things moving. They have a drive-thru for quick service that moves surprisingly fast on busy days, plus a dine-in line if you want to eat there.

The carne asada has that real charred taste you can only get from carbon. Salsas are 🔥 green is flavor , the red is extra spicy but good 10/10 over all for me“
