“I've tried their food a few times via takeout, so I can't speak to the in-person service, but everything has been great so far. They definitely use better-quality ingredients compared to standard Chinese restaurants. I've been sticking to the lunch specials—the Kung Pao Chicken was excellent, and the China Town Stir Fry was also quite good. I did add some hot oil to both dishes to amp up the spice, which worked well for me. The Hot and Sour Soup and Egg Drop Soup were spot on too. I'll definitely continue exploring the rest of the menu.“

“Tried Bamboo Bistro today and really enjoyed the food! The basil fried rice was flavorful, with a nice balance of spices and fresh basil aroma, and Chef's special Jalepeno crispy fried chicken was too good. My daughter enjoyed the steamed Ramen Noodle with soup. The staff William was great, kind, and helpful. He customized the order as per our request. Will visit again.“

“The food was delicious we had the brisket hash and the puff pastry . I tried the homemade Sangria and it did not disappoint. The customer service was excellent and our server was very attentive The handwritten birthday card signed by the staff and the dessert treat was a nice touch. It was my first visit but I definitely will return. The only problem was parking, not enough of it behind the restaurant but I loved everything else.“

“I love Chi'Lantro, but I hate that they put the hot food on plastic bags. The micro-plastics get into the food when heated, you can taste it and it leaves one feeling weird. Plus, no cash? What the heck is that about, the pandemic is over. Look, stop putting heated food on thin plastic and I'll become a frequent customer again. Thanks!“

“4 big eaters, 2 who've spent time in Asia, 1 extensively in Vietnam. The menu was large, and included both traditional appetizer and drink selections. No bia hoi/bia tuoi here, though! But they even had flan on offer for dessert.
We started with fresh spring rolls (pork ond shrimp) which were huge. 3 had the ribeye pho, and I did traditional dry noodles with sauce and condiments. Everything was fresh ingredients, big portions, and attentive service. 2 couldn't finish and took the rest as takeaway.
When over 1/2 the paying customers are Vietnamese themselves, you know you are on to A Good Thing.“

“We chose Ling Kitchen to celebrate a birthday. It was a dining experience that we will not forget. The staff were easy to communicate with and facilitate a food allergy, prior to arrival. Once you arrive, they will let you into a gated parking lot in the back. You will be greeted by the staff and shown to the front of the building where you will be received with champagne and tea. The dining room is one large family table directly in the kitchen.
The hosts will guide you through an exquisite 9 course tasting menu. The first 5 courses had a heavy seafood focus. Of these courses, the highlights were the seafood spread on top of a fried taro and the dumplings which had a delicious chicken filing accompanied by seafood. Moving on to the meat courses. The got better and better. The Peking Duck 2 ways that you turned into a bao slider was very good. The beef was cooked to perfection. It had a slightly sweet sauce, with a Thai basil pesto, and jellied fish and fried potato for texture. The main dishes concluded with our favorite of the night. It was a pork belly recipe that had been passed down through the family. The sauce was savory, salty, and sweet. The dish was accompanied by fried garlic and onions and a delicious black garlic leaf. The gold sheet on top was an added touch of elegance. The 5 small desserts that finished the meal were good, but nothing we would seek out again. This truly is one of the best dining experiences in Austin.“

“I'll give this 5 stars because the food is amazing - if you order the right combo! Their magic sauce is delicious. The k pop chicken ( I think that's the name) is very good! This is my new fav place. The service is just order at the counter - nothing special there. The atmosphere is just okay. It's pretty small inside and can get pretty busy. The price is spendy but it's sooo good! I don't like their drinks- tastes watered down so I don't recommend those.
Parking: During lunch it can be hard to find a spot to park it's also hard to back out of those spots!“

“First time here. Wish 5 stars allowed. They have a touchscreen kiosk that you order from with detailed description of all menu items and easy customization options. Food came to the table super fast. Everything was fresh, crisp and delicious. Hubby got teriyaki tofu on his bowl and I got the mango. Both were very good.“
