I had the catfish etoufee which was bland but the hushpuppies saved the meal.Our server was superb and very friendly considering how busy it was during the eclipse weekend.The house margarita was too tarte, maybe pull back on that a bit and it would be perfect.Overall if I'm in Austin again I'll give it another try.
Food was delicious but waited awhile for drinks and then 20 minutes after our salads were finished we finally got our food. They weren’t even very busy. Our waiter was apologetic.

We met friends while traveling from San Antonio to the DFW area. FD had really good food at a reasonable price. We had a group of 8 and spent over $200, including tip. We just felt rushed by the server. She brought the bill before it was requested and kept checking back. I didn't get a refill of my water, but the food was pleasant surprise in Pflugerville, TX.
