“We had the Brisket Mac & cheese and the mac-daddy mac & cheese, with coleslaw and I have to say it was out of this world!! Everything about it was amazing. Great flavor and the portions were well worth it. That is hard to find these days. We will be back.“

“Cute little spot for some American eats. Chicken fried chicken is large, juicy, and well seasoned. Gravy is nice and thick like it's supposed to be. Got the fried pickles too...a little more oil than expected, but just because they didn't rest long enough before serving. Western decor, large parking lot, and plenty of tables and booths. Good place to stop for a bite from the lake or just riding around.“

“I grew up in Kansas City. Like many from KC, BBQ is in my DNA. As infants, we go from the bottle and straight to the rib. Some of my earliest memories are eating Arthur Bryant's ribs and watching the Chiefs in Memorial Stadium in the 60's. I've been eating burnt ends as my favorite BBQ for 50 years + now. My first and only visit to Clark's blew me away. The best burnt ends I've ever had anywhere... anytime. 2nd place is a tie, with a batch I made using grass fed point from New Zealand a few years go and what one used to get in the mid 80s at Harris BBQ in KC. For a month now I've been looking forward to my next visit to Clark's, which if it were a little closer, I'd probably be going everyday. (I live in Frisco) I plan on calling ahead to make sure there are enough burnt ends for me to have a serving while there and some to take home. The leftovers I intended to bring home last time, didn't make it past Aubrey.“

“The Upper Park Cafe was an absolute delight, surpassing all expectations with its exceptional food and charming atmosphere. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enchanted by the cozy decor and inviting ambiance. Each dish I sampled was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared to perfection. Despite my desire to capture the moment with photos, I found myself fully immersed in the experience, savoring every moment without distraction. It's rare to find a cafe that leaves such a lasting impression, and I couldn't help but wish there was a location closer to home. Without a doubt, a memorable dining destination that I'll be dreaming of returning to again and again.“
