“I want to thank the staff at McDonalds for turning a mistake into a positive customer service moment.

They left a burger off my order. I didn’t notice till I was back at home. I called to let them know and Robert let me know I could either come back and they’d remake the burger, or the next time I visit I could get a complimentary combo meal.

I went back, got a fresh burger the way I originally ordered it, and the staff was not only friendly and apologetic for the mistake, but they gave me a free combo meal coupon anyway.
