Samantha, the owner was very knowledgeable of the various available items. We decided on a cortado, latte, an apple strudel and a cookie which were all delicious. “Ordered via drive-thru, paid, then was asked to park. I didn't mind but after 10mins of waiting, I decided to call. The employee that answered was beyond kind and very apologetic about the wait. Got my order within 2mins.Food was warm and the fries were nice and crispy!“

“Pacific Northwest Coffee Snob here! My wife and I were passing through (Austin > Uvalde via Victoria) for the 2024 Eclipse. We pitstopped in Pearsall for coffee. We're picky with annoying modifications and this Starbuck's nailed it. They staff didn't seem to mind that our order was riddled with inconveniences. The vibe of the shop was very PNW. Stop here. “Finally was able to make a quick stop by. Lady at front was so sweet and helpful as this was our first time. There are so many great choices! My husband got the ancient coffee, our son got the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry popping boba, & I got the sparkling strawberry lemonade with strawberry popping boba. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great service and we all loved our drinks. I also picked up a strawberry AirPod case and coffee peanuts to try. Will definitely be coming back “
