“Melissa is one of the best GMs that this particular Sonic has ever had!
I can always tell when she is on duty because the food comes out at an appropriate time, and it's not sloppy and it's made correctly. She keeps the store clean on the inside and outside and she trains all of her employees to make sure the customers are always happy! There has only been a handful of times that I have been there where I've had complaints but I was able to reach out to her and she took care of it right then and there. That is what a real boss does! Also I want to give props to a young lady named Lexi or lex, she took my order on the box and brought out my food and her personality was everything! She took care of me to the fullest extent and I even gave her a $5 tip and I don't do that very often! 🤟🏻👏🏻“

It took me 37 minutes from the time I arrived to get my small chocolate malt and finally drive off. I even tried to get ahead of the game by using the mobile app and that did not work at all because whenever I got to the speaker in the drive-through, they had no record of my mobile order because apparently it hadn’t printed yet. Again, I don’t blame the staff because it’s not their fault that the mobile app is completely useless and then apparently everyone in town decided that they wanted to come out. However, my simple, quick little treat turned into a much longer adventure than I wanted to deal with. Be warned. If you have the time, it’s fine. If you think for one second that you’re going to get out of here in any kind of reasonable amount of time and not burn a gallon of gas and drive-through while you’re waiting on it, you’re wrong.“

My complaint is about the people filling the orders who don't or won't read the order tickets. 7 out of 10 times they will forget 1 item from my order, & it's usually mashed potatoes. If you're not eating inside, check your order thoroughly before you leave. Chances are it's missing something.“

“Just had the worst experience at Taco Bell in Town Center. The guy at the drive thru window forgot my drink and acted like it was a problem for him to made it and hand it to me. One item was missing from the bag, he repeated the order over the speaker, and told me what I needed to pay. I told him for the price I just paid it is for all items. I asked for the receipt and it was completely the wrong items. I told him so and he SCREAMED “what”. I said just forget it. He shut the window. “I eat at this McDonald’s my whole life I’m 18 now I can say they are really nice. I called them because I ordered a bacon Mc double and got a regular Mc double and they were really nice about it. First time they’ve ever messed up my food and when I went back to get a refund, they went ahead and gave me a bacon Mc double and gave me fries and everything on my receipt for free“

“Theres only one person working and every order is made to order so be prepared to wait if there's someone ahead of you. I ordered and PAID for a steak burrito but got ground beef instead (didn't know til I was already home, which sucks) so I can't speak on the steak but the ground beef burrito was ok. The flavor is your basic taco seasoning and all the fixings inside were decent (guac, Pico, sour cream, onion, cilantro, pinto beans and rice). The sauces both red and green were lacking in spice. Like zero spice but it had notes of garlic. All in all, I'd probably come back and try it again but just make sure I get the correct order.“

“This is my local chicken express. They are always really nice and fast. We typically order the #25 or #30. The chicken steips are awesome. The food is piping hot most of the time. The key is to order enough to force them to make more. Lol. It can get expensive, but we order enough for chicken sandwich leftovers. 5 stars.

They were understaffed and overstressed but they still kept their cool even with dealing with unwanted characters that were outside, computers that were crashing, and a neverending string of customers.
