“Very good simple food truck under a pecan tree close to the lake. Owner is super nice, ample parking. The pulled pork sandwiches are great as are the monster nachos. If your in for a simple meal in a cool setting, this is your place. Highly recommend.“

Biking down the NETX trail, walking through the beautiful "back alley" to the hut hits different. “Great service! The man helping us at the register was very kind. Our experience was good. We got a 1/2 lbs pulled pork sandwich and a one meat plate with lean brisket. The sandwich was tasty, it was a little too sauced and that took away from the pork flavor. The brisket was a little bit more tough than bigger BBQ spots but it was still seasoned perfectly and a tasty bark. The creamed corn and mac and cheese were solid, nothing to write home about. I really liked the honey butter on the cornbread, it was seriously like an icing, so sweet but I loved it. Pretty good portions! It was 30$ for the sandwich, the plate, 3 sides, and banana pudding. Not bad pricing, not sure why others are having price issues.“

“I ate dinner here tonight with my wife and two year-old. For the first time in a very long time this restaurant experience felt like I was a guest going to dinner at a friend's house. It was a little shocking at first...not because of anything the staff was doing, but because I forgot what it felt like to be treated so warmly at a restaurant.

I talked to Josh for a minute and told him the customer service was way above and beyond and he explained it's a family-owned business that wants to treat everyone like family. And they absolutely nailed it. Thanks Josh and SCB staff/management!

Specific Examples:
1. Staff intercepted my wife before she could make it to the drink machine and filled up her drink for her.
2. Josh carried one of our trays to the table after we paid because he saw we were wrangling a tired and hungry toddler.
3. Manager asked multiple times if there was anything we needed.
4. Multiple staff held doors for us as we left and thanked us for coming.“

“Dickeys is solid reliable BBQ. It isn't the best in Texas but it's good without the crazy long lines of more trendy places. We went in the afternoon and there was no one else there. I hope it's because we were there during off hours. It's good. I hope it sticks around.“

I have had several things on the menu, and it never disappointed. Authentic, delicious menu. Owners are friendly and welcoming. They take good care of you. Probably one of my most favorite Korean restaurant in the DFW area.“
