Biking down the NETX trail, walking through the beautiful "back alley" to the hut hits different. “I ate dinner here tonight with my wife and two year-old. For the first time in a very long time this restaurant experience felt like I was a guest going to dinner at a friend's house. It was a little shocking at first...not because of anything the staff was doing, but because I forgot what it felt like to be treated so warmly at a restaurant.

I talked to Josh for a minute and told him the customer service was way above and beyond and he explained it's a family-owned business that wants to treat everyone like family. And they absolutely nailed it. Thanks Josh and SCB staff/management!

1. Staff intercepted my wife before she could make it to the drink machine and filled up her drink for her.
2. Josh carried one of our trays to the table after we paid because he saw we were wrangling a tired and hungry toddler.
3. Manager asked multiple times if there was anything we needed.
4. Multiple staff held doors for us as we left and thanked us for coming.“

“We love stopping after Sunday mass at the dickies location on 75/ by the post office to have lunch and every time Leo is here he does an amazing job with our food, service and experience. Food is always fresh they are always taking great care of their customers, he even removers our favorite foods. We love it here!“

You might not be used to the service as customers need to order at the counter, but there was nothing to complain about for me other than to keep it in mind the next time I come.

The restaurant plays music that is calming and you can hear the cooking in the back, which makes for a warm atmosphere. The lady at the counter is friendly as well.“
