They reopen from vacation on 1/11. They are not permanently closed.

These kolaches are light and fluffy with stretchy dough. They are not the type of kolaches that are like a dinner roll brick.

We did show up to a sign on the door saying they were closed for about a week and had driven 45 minutes to get there from where we are staying (and we actually live 5 hours away too). I was kind of sad about that. However, not sad enough to leave a bad review because when we had them a couple of months ago, they reminded me of a bakery from my childhood. Just change the hours on google next time please lol.

We went to kolache factory after from desperation and that was a mistake. Should have just taken the L and changed breakfast plans because we added insult to injury. Dinner roll bricks.“

We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. Jana was amazing to work with and just look at the cake – it tastes even better. It didn’t last but thirty minutes after cutting the cakes. I have already ordered from Jana again for other events. Go check her out, she will blow your socks off with her flavors and is so easy to work with.“

My daughter has a peanut allergy, and they were able to decorate an incredible cake simply from a photo. To this day, she still talks about her cake! My husband couldn’t believe it was gluten-free and dairy-free—it tasted that good.

Atmosphere: Fluellen's is clean and cozy. There are plenty of tables if you want to eat inside, and I liked the display showing what each cupcake looks like. It made it easy to choose.

Service: We were immediately greeted. Service was super quick. 10/10.

Food: I had banana pudding, and my daughter had red velvet, and we both rated them 10/10. No notes. They were delicious, and we will be returning.“

“The team at Cinaholic McKinney @ custer and 121was amazing!!! They filled a fairly large order for us with no prior notice and it only took about 15 minutes. Not bad for 2 dozen rolls, 1 dozen cookies and 1 dozen brownies. They even provided a hand written chart showing the flavors inside the boxes and separated the ones with nuts into a separate box in case anyone had nut allergies.
