“I heard a lot about the sandwich shop. I usually go to firehouse subs or Jimmy John’s. The sandwich was good, but I definitely expected more meat. Overall, if you had a choice between this one and Jimmy John’s or firehouse, I would take either of the other two.“

Bread is perfect everything is fresh and delicious.
Just its so hard to eat tuna sandwiches. It was good but not perfect. I prefer other sandwiches in the menu I am sure they’re perfect.
Better than other franchises.

“Ordered 6 subs to go, staff acted bothered when I walked in the door to pick up. Not really a friendly welcome or atmosphere. Order was technically correct however they skimped on everything and it looked very thrown together. Usually a BIG fan of Jimmy John’s, can’t say I will be ordering from this particular location again.

UPDATE: I have worked with this location based on my prior review and they have been more than gracious in making sure I had a better experience. I have updated my review to reflect my rating to the five stars that they now deserve. I received a new order and there were zero complaints or issues. Chris helped me organize and everything ordered was fresh and delicious. The staff were welcoming and very kind. 100% turn around for a much better experience. Will be ordering some catering boxes in the near future.“

“First time ordering food from this location. Picked this location cause the reviews were sightly higher than the other location around me.

1st of all the cashier was rude to me at first. I was ordering 4 sandwiches & had make call verification there sandwich. Like if I needed to get them toasted or not.

I can’t help it that she was only one working but no reason to rush me especially when there wasn’t anyone else in line behind me.

When the customers should alway come first no matter how short handed you are.

Other than the attitude, the food was very delicious my opinion. But next time I may decide to try out an another location to compare customers service.“
