“Delicious. Very friendly and attentive. We’ll be coming back often!“
“Been going to this one since long before they moved to this location, Josie knows what I want as soon as she sees me coming. Always great food, very friendly, great service and conversation. I drive from up near Denton to get my Chuy's fix as often as I can.“

“Keep in mind that this review is from someone not of this culture. It's my personal opinion and you may not feel the same, so give them a try!
The first thing you'll see is the place definitely hasn't had any upgrades (not even paint) since they opened a long time ago. However they are not dirty or moldy which is great! Don't have to be new to be good. Also, English speaking is not very good but I still had no trouble ordering and the girl was very nice and patient.
Here's what I got:
1) Beef tacos- the beef was absolutely delicious! It had a chard beef flavor w/o being burnt or dry. Great flavor! Wishing I'd gotten more.
2) Papusa- Bean/cheese and pork/cheese. Amazing! Very flavorful and just the right amount of cheese to have a cheese pull w/o taking over the flavor profile. 100% recommend!!
3) Chicken Tamales- Nope. I love tamales. They are one of my dav foods and these made me wanna gag. They had no flavor. Were half filled with a large chunk of potato, which means it had hardly any chicken; almost none. However my biggest issue is the wetness!!! They were so wet that water was literally leaking from the thick aluminum foil they were wrapped in. You can tell they were taken straight from frozen to being "heated up". The masa had the consistency over every undercooked eggs. I tried unwrapping them and baking in the oven on 400 for over 15 mins and they didn't change. Just nope.“

“This place was a great hole in the wall mexican food place. Authentic and the flavor was great. We had mango water, banana water, corn in a cup and burritos it was awesome.
First thought. Corn in a cup is a mix between white mexican field corn and sweet corn so the sweetness is subtle. Not like other vendors that use strait sweet corn. Their corn is imported from Mexico and it makes the difference. Over all felt like a place you would find while you're roaming around in Mexico with your aunts and uncles.“
