Today they brought an outstanding brisket meal served with the best potato salad ever, their signature beans, rice & trimmings. Ennete, David and family personally served our church congregation a plate full of deliciousness as we celebrated our 2025 graduates. Thank you!“

“Stopped by this morning on our way to the airport to hopefully sneak a quick look at the long horns. Upon arrival we could see them off in the distance. Within a few seconds a very nice man came out to see if we needed anything, after I explained our situation he went above and beyond to get the animals to come closer by feeding them early. He spent a good 15 minutes with us fully knowing that on this trip we did not have time to patronize his business. Customer service at its best, we will be back and we will dine there! “1st visit here... planning more. Their brisket was flavorful, tender, juicy and decently priced. Started out getting a pulled pork, sliced & chopped brisket sandwiches with charro beans and Mac & cheese for sides. They were so good we ordered extra to go. Also ordered brisket nachos- they were also very delicious, I only recommend asking to go light on the cheese because the chips were so smothered the bottom chips were swimming/drowning in cheese..“

“My wife and I ate a sliced and a chopped beef sandwich for lunch today Beef was good BUT both our buns were burnt BLACK top and bottom. I told our waitress we didn’t ask for “well done”! She smiled and left. They were awful. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. What a pity !“

“My son had been there and I really liked their Barbacoa! Went to my usual place on north 77 for barbacoa and couldn't believe the line all the way to the street and knowing that once I make it in they're going to tell me they're out like before so I called Capistran on F street and was told they had plenty so I went over there and was able to get in without the hassle of waiting and like I said before their barbacoa is excellent and well drained. It's nice to know I have this choice now. I'll be going there and getting my tortillas and barbacoa now. Thanks Capistran!“

“I really like the food here. The chicken fried steak is better than all the other nearby places. Their parmesian chicken is also really good. The staff is always really good as well. Almost forgot, the chocolate stampede is a great dessert too.“

“Happen to see this restaurant while looking for a place to eat with my family. Decided to stop and eat here. Eating at a lot of cafes I just usually expect it to look and be similar on the inside. If you know then you know. This place was definitely not that. Walking in I instantly noticed how clean and how it was decorated. It was a nice modern feel. We was instantly greeted and had a friendly conversation struck up. The owners was super awesome taking good care of the service at our table and being very friendly. We all had Breakfast food and it was great! If you’re looking for a place to eat please give this place a try. Hopefully you will enjoy your visit as much as we did!“

“I highly recommend this place to eat. The brisket is so flavorful and fresh. We order the botana for 2, it could feed 3-4. We had nothing to take in a to go box! The drinks are also good and they have AWESOME sweet tea. I wish I found this place sooner.“
