“I don't believe that there is one bad sub on their menu. The quality and taste is a perfect blend. The service was solid and pretty quick even for the lunch hour. Top notch place. I would love to see a location in Port Isabel, TX!

Parking: During the busy times, the lot gets full because it's also shared with other businesses.

“the meat and veggies were fresh,crisp,vibrant and very flavorful with an amazing boost of...!!! THE JUICE!!! - red wine vinegar and olive oil- i asked for extra juice today because it's just that good?. Once I finished my lunch sub i found myself wanting a dinner sub, I got the super sub today and wanted to try the Chipotle Chilli cheese steak for dinner. 10/10 recommend eating here.Next time I'll take photos of the yummy subs, I also recommend the spicy dill chips to go with your sub, it's like miss vickies jalapeño and sea salt vinegar had a baby-Also a 10/10.Everyone was friendly and I'm sure the missing topping was due to new hires, absolutely fine with it since i still remember myself trying to find my own way around a restaurant when I first started, practice makes perfect- we all start somewhere.I love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff here, they explain what's most popular and what comes in the sub just in case you dont fully know and they also offer other options other than bread such as in a tortilla,wrap or in a bowl ( i think looks like healthy sushi roll ) and they also offer gluten free bread.they ask if you're in the mood for a hot or cold sub which i think helps determine what to order if it's your first time or if you'd like to try to try something new.I absolutely recommend this place to everyone i know and I will keep on ordering from jersey mikes. This location is close to s.p.i so I will find myself soon ordering a catering order from here.Thank you so much for taking the time to read my thoughts on this restaurant, I look forward to ordering here again?
Vegetarian options: If you're looking for a vegetarian or vegan option- there is the #14 which is "the veggie" you can ask to remove the Swiss for vegan and it comes with bell peppers and your choice of toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, pickles, jalapeños,cherry pepper relish and the juice which is red wine vinegar and olive oil sprinkled with salt and oregano, you can also ask for pepper and or add portabella mushrooms, which is #64 on the menu if you want it hot on the grill (ask for no Swiss and in a tub if vegan)
Dietary restrictions: They have calories listed in their menu and a veggie sub option. Gluten free bread and cookie aswell.
Parking: Harlingen,TX.
Kid-friendliness: They have a high chair and are friendly to kids, nothing dangerous in their reach if in case they wander around on accident.

“I'm always hesitant to place online orders cuz a lot of places su make the sandwiches ugly ?. This location is different tho, every order I've placed online is always correct and looks like they took their time making it. If you're gonna go to any of the subways in San Benito this is the one to go to.“
“They had the best server my family all ages. He had several customers yet he took care of our sandwiches. He was kind and courteous. Very patient with my kids unlike other staff.We really appreciated the service he provided my family. Thank you Fabian!“

“WOW! Great job Hector. This employee actually cared enough to make my sandwich with care. Others have just always served me sloppy sandwiches. I understand time is precious but customers are too.He was actually clean and neat. He changed his gloves. Others handle money and my sandwich like what's the point of wearing gloves dorks. Showing that employees care is the best customer service there is. Subway compensate the good ones. They are the ones who bring customers from far just bz they want to feel the carrying and fresh feeling.
Vegetarian options: What makes the subway fresh is the employees who handle the food.

“Staff was very nice and helpful even tho they were in the middle of making a huge order for pickup I think it was around 100 subs they still had our food ready fast and never made us feel like we were a bother or in the way. Some places treat customers poorly even if nobody else is in so it was cool to see them being so nice and professional considering the circumstances.“

“Awesome clean fabulous Subway, the Master Sandwich maker on the 1st bread pick was amazing, she slides the sandwich to the 2nd person who was apparently on training, he proceeds to make such a skimpy sandwich, with small shreds of lettuce, tomato, and peppers( my choice of toppings) I asked him where is the Avocado, that comes with the type of sandwich I ordered, he proceeded to slather 2 teaspoons of mashed avocado on top of the vegetables ( lack of training)….Mr Sandwich Masters, if am going to pay you for an 18.00 dollars sandwich, you better learn how to make an $18.00 dollar sandwich.Lack of training & management, hoping to get a really great $18.00 dollar Subway sandwich value the next timeI go back!“

“The attendant was a multitasker.She took our orders and taking orders on the phone.She had an ear piece. Lol... I thought she was giving us extra subs. Jokes on me, when I asked her what all she was doing for us.Her answer was that she was also doing phone orders.WOW..! She can really multitask.Which is UNUSUAL for the younger generation these days. (From my experience.)

“Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won’t get it wrong.“

“I absolutely love when Justin and Moses are working. They see my son and me and know exactly how my son loves his sandwich. They always are so respectful, attentive and give excellent customer service every single time. I know when I come in and see these two young gentlemen I'm going to enjoy my subway. Thank you.
