“Fabulous night at the Fort Worth location. Was there for our 24th anniversary. Everything was top notch and perfect. Our server Riley was top notch, pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. The wine steward/concierge presented our wine with finesse. The food was great, wine outstanding and oh lord... the espresso martini was delicious!! Cant say enough about our perfect celebration tonight. You definitely know how to treat customers, Eddie V's. We will be back again and again!“

“Great service, nice atmosphere. Food overall was good to very good - Gumbo, Crabe Cake and Artic Char were very good. The Branzino was overcooked and dry. The hushpuppies were super!! Overall good but non-inexpensive. Certainly, worth going.“

“What an experience and meal, chef Ben Merritt has the Fitzgerald running like a well oiled machine. Our group ordered unique cocktails before the meal and each person was bragging about how and why theirs was the best. Always a good start to a meal, haha. I could talk about the superb oysters, shrimp or other seafood appetizers but I don’t won’t. Instead I’ll rave about their crawfish dip I think is what they called it. I just kept calling it seafood queso. Their “seafood queso” had crawfish and crab loaded in with a cheese sauce and pico accompanied by homemade tortilla chips! Just take a moment and let your imagination run wild because it is that good. Our entrees were great and the sauces that were paired with them really brought out the flavors of the various proteins we ordered….now the dessert. How do you cap off a wonderful meal? Well you obviously order their chocolate cake with their bourbon sauce. Idk if I’ve ever had a cake with as much flavor or moisture. It was just chef’s kiss good! I know I messed up without photos but when you’re having fun, pictures are the last thing to think of! Thanks again chef Ben for a great birthday meal. I know my Mom had a great time.“

“So we showed up when the restaurant had been closed for the day... however the staff was still on site ...after speaking with The cook who was doing his closing duties the Owner and The chef were kind enough to re open the restaurant to serve my daughter and myself...it was en excellent experience, the food I can not describe on how it made me feel like being home....the service was one of a kind....for an authentic mexican seafood this is the place .... Aguachiles Negros estan un pokito pasaditos de gaver!!!! Gracias kompa por su buen gesto!!!! I por Bien venirnos a su Fino I agradable restaurante... Saludos al chef importado de Venezuela I usted kompa....Gracias ...pronto nos vemos para otra Buena cena ...“

“We celebrated our dear friend’s 50th Birthday last night in one of your private rooms. From the time we walked into the door until we left the customer service , food and atmosphere was EXCEPTIONAL!!
Matt was one of our servers and he exceeded our expectations and made the celebration even greater! He and the other servers were extremely kind and made the night very special for our dear friend !

“The aguachiles was so good! A customer of mine brought me the green one to try and told me to try the red one if I go back. I went back a week later cause I was having mad cravings ? both the red & green ones were good. I also tried the shrimp/octopus cocktail which was ok. I’ll be coming back regularly!“

“Words can not do this place justice. As soon as you take ur first bite , u feel nothing but home . This is most definitely a hidden gem. Come for great food , authentic down home 504 cooking with great service and conversation. Everything is cooked to order so fresh is an under statement. There's a lil pice of Louisiana right here in forth worth. Put this place on ur list of places to go , then move it to the top. You won't be disappointed.
