“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Will definitely return to have again. 10/10“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“It wasn’t busy at the time I was there. I’m not being stingy about my rating. Just encouraging that they continue the good work.

The section of the common area I saw appeared clean, service was prompt and the food was served warm enough, actually it was hot, which was definitely sufficient.

The popcorn shrimp I ordered wasn’t listed below, but I got that with the beans and rice.

“Had some time before work and a voucher for a free sandwich, so why not give them a try? Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff was incredibly friendly. Ordered the Thai Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and was not disappointed. The chicken portion was generous, tender, and the flavor was excellent. Had to catch myself before I licked the wrapper.“

“This restaurant is small. It isn't ideal for large groups. Great place for a meet up with a friend. The customer service is excellent. When order, head to the front register then explore the options on the menu over the register. After you place your order, choose your table and your meal will arrive to your table by the number they provide you after placing your order.
The food was okay. I thought I ordered a bone in combo but tenders arrived to my table. I didn't send it back. I was in a rush plus the gentlemen who brought my order was super kind.

The taste for me was not unique to a brand. I guess I was expecting a signature receipe. It taste bland. The freshness was there and cooked to order, but I was not taken back from the sauce I selected. I guess I expected more. I definitely will try them again.“

“Tried this for the first time and I will definitely be returning! Did a pick up order and everyone is super friendly when you walk in. The food was so good! I tried the soup, grape salad and turkey sandwich and all were very good! It also seemed like a good amount of food for the price! Loved it!“

“I usually frequent the burleson location, & while that locations food is great, yall have them beat in customer service & atmosphere! I love that yall had Christmas music playing and all the employees I encountered were very nice and seemed like they actually enjoy their job.“

We brought our grandsons in for dinner and we were given a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the staff for their kindness campaign. What a beautiful surprise and such a blessing! “On 12/11/21 we had a church class party and had ordered food from TCP. They were supposed to deliver it at 6:00-6:10 PM. At 6:25 I called to see if our food was on its way. Well, as it would be there was a mix up on our date. We didn’t cast blame and neither did the manager. He said he’d have the food there by 7:00. Sure enough it was there and he set it all up. Everything went great. The managers name is Scott Vickers. He was awesome. He was at his home helping his wife wrap presents while the kids were gone and getting ready to go out of town the next morning. The man was so nice and did exactly what a manager should do. As we know not everyone would have done that. We are very grateful to Scott Vickers and his staff for getting everything together for us. We’ve used TCP many years and will continue to do so.
