“Tried for the first time… ordered tomato basil, chicken noodle soups… both are good. Chipotle Chicken and Avacado Panini is awesome, nachos chips are okaish.. great south west salad bowl is okayish as well. Santa Fe chicken sandwhich is pretty normal but everything is fresh and service is good. Complimentary Icecream is a plus for sure. Will try again.“

“My granddaughter and I come here each week. Noah was behind the counter making our Pizzas. He was friendly and welcoming. He made several awesome pizzas for us and cooked them also! “Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“The food is good, but holy crap is it a mission to get the correct order (Jacksonville Mandarin location) Second time ordering from them while I am in town and I ordered online. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:15 and they hadn’t started when I showed up. The girl was busy on her phone..Then once at my hotel I realized that my order was missing 1 of my sauces so I had to go back and they told me the reason is that they are out. They could have said something when I picked up the order (which was already all bagged up) and I would have picked a different one. Then once I took off the lid on my salad I realized that they also didn’t give me my second dip. They also gave me the wrong drink. I don’t think they can read.. Similar experience the first time too.“

“Our first visit to Coco Shrimp and we plan on being back frequently. The food was fresh and service awesome! Elise and team were AWESOME.

We had the shrimp sampler plate. Strongly recommend it. You can pick any three types of shrimp. The rice tastes great!

The menu is limited, not a bad thing if you like shrimp. We had a vegetarian with us and they had some very nice veggie tacos with avocado which was fresh and delicious.

Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options. The taco with avocado instead of shrimp was very good.“

“The food here is absolutely phenomenal! As a self acclaimed pizza snob, I do not have one negative comment to say. Had a pepperoni pizza. The crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. The sauce and cheese profile is full of flavor! You can tell great thought and love was put into their products. Definitely on the top 3 list of local DFW pizzerias in my humble opinion! The staff was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful!“

“Our daughters recommended we celebrate our anniversary here. We had an amazing experience! Everything was superb. The entire staff was very friendly. Our waiter Caleb went above and beyond! The manager Cathryn, chefs Landon and Frankie made sure they added a special touch to our anniversary dinner. The food is bursting with flavor. The appetizers are so delicious I couldn't stop craving more. The Tiramsu was a perfect bow to a wonderful presentation. We will be returning soon to try the Charcuterie Board. Note: I usually don't crave Italian food. The prices are very reasonable.“

My daughter has a gluten allergy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure her meal was safe and enjoyable. They were so attentive and knowledgeable—it really gave us peace of mind.

It was also my daughter’s birthday, and they made her feel so special. Our waitress, Regan M., was wonderful—kind, professional, and so thoughtful throughout our meal. The manager, Kerry Bowden, even took the time to personally check with the kitchen and make sure everything was handled correctly.
