“The best catering service in central Texas, maybe even the whole state, LoriAnn and Tara are the most hard working and professional pair I have ever seen.
The charm and service they provide is nothing short of black tie, may you someday be blessed by the exquisite food and atmosphere they can provide“
“First off the customer service is unbelievably great. We have an ADA wheelchair family member and it was completely accessible. They made space for us with no complaints. Treated us great, made our experience wonderful server, food, hostess. The prices and menu are great variety. Can’t recommend it enough.“

“Amazing job catering Christi’s 50th Surprise Birthday Party Saturday night! Y’all knocked it out of the park! The food was AMAZING. Coordinating with Jamie & Deborah prior to event was seamless and stress-free, Marie did a spectacular job coordinating and implementing the setup, serving and cleanup, and your crew was incredibly helpful and very polite. We will definitely be using Blanek's Custom Catering for future events! 5 STARS from us!“
