“Pilot has always been my favorite roadtrip truck stop. I've reviewed several of them across the country. Consistently clean, nicely stocked, well staffed with workers always buzzing around, and they are one of the few that always has YOO HOO, my favorite drink on the road. It was about that time where I had to pull over. Not nearly enough morning coffee so I was eager to pour myself a big 24 oz. I'd been a member of their rewards program for years, but frankly, because it was geared to truckers, I'd never gotten much value from it. Free coffee after 10 fill-ups or something. So I was pleasantly surprised to see signs all over the store about their new app and the benefits you could get with it. I didn't have time to download and peruse it, but looks worthwhile. Made a beeline for the coffee and Whoa! What are all these newfangled gadgets I hadn't seen before? I've always loved Pilot coffee. Good variety and every additive you could dream up. But this! In addition to the multiple carafes, they had two new (to me) machines that provided even more variety. Unique blends like Rainforest, Organic Sumatra and Peruvian. I can't be sure, but the machines might even grind the beans fresh. Pilot has clearly stepped up their coffee game! It was the Texas Pecan, however, that beckoned me. Nut , vanilla, honey and molasses. Make mine a double! Topped it off with a light layer of vanilla cappuccino. Divine.“
“Ate here on a crazy-busy Friday at lunch time. Total props to the 10-person (at least) crew working the counter, putting all the food together, and getting it out. The in-house bread used for the sandwiches really is outstanding. I enjoyed my sandwich, though I could have used some sort of sauce to give it a little kick, as it was all bread/meat/veggies/butter from what I could tell (Schmaltz sandwich). I would definitely go again, though, the next time we are in town.“
“The food is always delicious with plenty of flavor choices! My favorite is The Chick (a scoop or sandwich with a side or second scoop). This way, I can mix it up every time I go!The service is spot on with friendly staff that’s available, but doesn’t hover.The atmosphere is consistently tidy and clean.“
“I went to their location on union hall in waco. I got the turkey , bacon, cheddar which on my book was amazing. Came with a bag of chips. They use real turkey best like just sliced from a turkey and real Cheddar cheese, red onion, tomato and lettuce and the perfect amount of mayo. It was probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. My husband got the baked potato with the fixing, it was cooked perfectly and very good also. Definitely will go back for another sandwich. Counter girl was friendly and helpful. Ambiance was an indoor food court but plenty of seating.“
“The best place hands down I met the owner tonight and this place is so vibrant and more welcoming since he got new staff. The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing and top of the line incredibly good with tons of flavor. The employees at this place definitely take pride in the store and work they do. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back. If you've been here before or never come I encourage everyone to come it's like a brand new store.“
“Friendly staff, quick service. The Schmaltz sandwich is delicious! I would highly recommend eating here. It's in a good location to walk and visit other businesses.Vegetarian options: They have cheese sandwiches. No meat! And I loved it. Its had two different cheese with garlic butter. Smacking.“
“Decided to get subway here while on my break, this was my first time personally getting subway so my hopes weren’t very high. The food was amazing though! So delicious, and the service was amazing. I unfortunately didn’t think to get the man’s name but he was incredibly kind and friendly. Place was nice, clean and quiet, perfect place to enjoy a great meal. Definitely would recommend! I’ll be coming here a lot more often.“

“I absolutely love Subway and the staff at lunchtime on LaSalle. Bryce, the manager, has a delightful personality that has cheered me up many times and I'm sure he doesn't know it. I was a daily customer for a little while then stopped. When I returned, he remembered me asking where I had been and how I was while making sandwiches. I got to make him laugh for a change when I said my boss said I could leave my cage for lunch again. Lmbo. Thanks Bryce for brightening my days this past year...it's been a hard one for me but when I got to get subway for lunch, you made it a little better.Parking: Parking is shared with 2 other businesses and can be hard to find a spot during lunch as students from Baylor as well as employees from surrounding businesses eat here.“
“I have to give a shout out to the Manager at this Waco Drive location, Travis. Every single time I come and dine in, Travis makes my family and I feel like McAlister’s family. He’s encouraged us to try different things on the menu and takes care of us everytime. If you like the convenience of this location, ask for Travis, one of McAlisters best!“
“We went because I saw some reviews of the spicy chicken and bacon pizza. Well, that promo had expired, but they were very helpful in trying to mimic it for us. We had the BBQ chicken and jalapeno pizza without the BBQ sauce and added spicy mayo. We loved it.“
“The staff was very friendly and very fast. The wait was short. The sandwiches were fantastic! The restaurant was clean and inviting. This is now our favorite sandwich restaurant. We felt appreciated as customers and this is rare these days at most fast food restaurants. We love this place!“
“I like the app ordering for quick service, but sometimes I'll just go by there to get lunch or dinner and scan the receipt for points on the app. Note: They are busy from 12-2 pm, so service will be a little slower at those times. The food is always fresh and very good. Customer service is good as well.“
“Stopped in for lunch, the staff were ok, they were rushed and made my club a bit messy and it was kinda a pain to eat. The prices seemed about steep, but if that's what the competitiors charge, I get it. Restrooms weren't the nicest. Parking lot wasn't full, easy to find a spot.“

“Our company ordered from Which Wich to feed our office of 150 people and the food was good quality, delicious, and arrived warm. The only issues is that we didn't order enough! Silvio was such a joy to work with and very inviting, as I had visited the store prior to ordering to get an understanding of the process. He was great and it's nice to have such a communicative manager who you can tell cares about the quality of his food, but more importantly the satisfaction of the customers. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a great sandwich meal, rather that be individually or for large groups!“
