“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. Their subtle, yet effective recommendations are the best I've ever had in eating out. I stress the fact that dining in over ordering to go is so choice! “The carhop Kamora (hope I spelled that right!) was amazing. We ordered thru the app and checked in and were sitting there for only a few minutes when she knocked on our window and said she didn’t like that we were there for longer than we should have been and wanted to check on our order. She came out in under 2 mins with our meal with a huge smile! Great service, lovely young lady. Thanks to her and the other awesome staff this location employs, we stay coming back regularly.“

“I always have to go inside this restaurant even though I may be getting the food to go. The reason being that the lady manager believes that, even though they have an unlimited salsa bar inside, she should only give me one little hot sauce cup per item purchased.So I have to come in and fill up several additional ones myself at the salsa bar. Now I just go inside and order the food instead of bothering with the drive-thru.“
