“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “If there were more stars available, I would give them to the gentlemen working Halloween night! Their superior service to my specifications were/ are paramount. Their subtle, yet effective recommendations are the best I've ever had in eating out. I stress the fact that dining in over ordering to go is so choice! My compliments to their establishment and owners.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“

“This place is a cut above its counterpart on Brodway in every way. The staff is exceptional, always serving up fresh and delicious food. Manager Mohammed truly shines with his genuine connection to his team, even when faced with rude customers, as I witnessed last Thursday. It's a solid 10/10 for both food quality and service. What more could you want?“

“The carhop Kamora (hope I spelled that right!) was amazing. We ordered thru the app and checked in and were sitting there for only a few minutes when she knocked on our window and said she didn’t like that we were there for longer than we should have been and wanted to check on our order. She came out in under 2 mins with our meal with a huge smile! Great service, lovely young lady. Thanks to her and the other awesome staff this location employs, we stay coming back regularly.“

“I pulled into the drive thru on a rainy Wednesday morning for 3 simple party tacos. The drive thru was prompt, courteous and accurate. My time in the drive thru was standard for a drive thru, not fast but also not a long wait. The simple party tacos? Absolutely fresh and delicious as a Taco could be. I was actually impressed with how delicious they were. Top notch fast food with a pleasant experience to boot!“

“We haven’t been to chicken express for quite some time as we don’t have one in the town we live in. We were running errands and saw one in Rowlett and decided to stop by. We received our food pretty quickly! It was hot and fresh, Lisa was very friendly and hospitable! We will definitely return!“
