“I pulled into the drive thru on a rainy Wednesday morning for 3 simple party tacos. The drive thru was prompt, courteous and accurate. My time in the drive thru was standard for a drive thru, not fast but also not a long wait. The simple party tacos? Absolutely fresh and delicious as a Taco could be. I was actually impressed with how delicious they were. Top notch fast food with a pleasant experience to boot!“

“This has been the best experience at a Chili's I've ever had and it was because of our waitress named Lisa! I highly recommend you eat here and ask for her! If waitressing was an Olympic category she would bring home the Gold Medal for team U.S.A.! Her timing is quick and precise! Her fast refills kept me hydrated at a level I've never experienced before! 5/5 stars and 7/7 Dragonballs!“

“Keep in mind this is a fast food chain Tex-Mex restaurant. The service has always been great. They have multiple different dips they serve with the chips. They have a lot of different ready-made frozen margaritas (and it only takes two of the bigger ones). The food is decent. They also have a genie machine that talks randomly and will give you your Fortune tarot card. That may be my favorite part. Lol“

“I came to town for work. I was looking for something quick for lunch. I had no real expectations as tacos are tacos. I was absolutely wrong. The atmosphere was truly unique. The staff was super polite and the food truly took me by surprise. The flautas were cooked to perfection and the queso was so flavorful. I look forward to future trips here and trying other items on the menu.“

To make it even more special, I found out that my parents and the owners are from the same part of Mexico. That connection made the experience even better. “First time was the best time, but then we went a second time and it was even better. Service was great. The food, Chefs Kiss👌🏼 Prices are great and well, we will be back for sure. I had the brisket nachos and Geez, they were amazing. Second time I got the chicken flautas plate. My husband loved it and the adult drinks, the pina colada on the rocks was delicious. Try them out and you’ll be back for more.“

“Went today for lunch about 2:30pm It wasn't to crowded that was a good thing Food was really good as always but the server had a really bad attitude His face was like he was angry!! Maybe not with us but he didn't do a good service. At the end we went to pay and his face was worse and he put the bill hitting hard the table . I totally understand that everyone has a bad day but if you work on this kind of job You can not treat customers like that Hope next time I visit the restaurant He'll not be my server“

“I absolutely love this restaurant! Every time I come the food is just as fresh and good as it was the time before.
The servers are so nice, helpful and happy. I love the décor and the restaurants lay out. It is just an overall joy to have lunch or dinner at this place.
On this visit, I brought a friend who had never been before. We ordered the stuffed avocados, which never disappoint, and the brisket enchiladas. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork.
Looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful restaurant.“

“My family and I are longtime fans of the Chili’s chain but our favorite Chili’s is this one in Rowlett! Service is always good and the staff t friendly! We love the takeout service as well… never disappoints! I’m craving a Margarita right now! 😀😳“
