The next time I went there, Sam answered all of my questions and got right to the bottom of the issue in a quick, courteous, and respectful manner. One of us is vegetarian. First, she brought us samples of different wines (all Italian only wines!) and we each loved the ones we narrowed it down to. Then came the appetizer, Something with bread, cream, warm honey and marinated fruit that was out of this world. Then the main course with the best home made pasta and flavors that pop on your tongue. The food was better even than the food we had in Italy this year.
