“I had placed a curbside order through the app. Somehow my app glitched and it said the order was submitted and processed and my card was charged but the restaurant never received the order. I called and the girl who answered was rude (minus one star) so I ended up going inside and talking to the manager. I was able to show the emailed receipt with my order. The manager was very kind and submitted my order at no additional charge.“
