“This is a hidden gem in Salado TX. We enjoy the atmosphere, the beer & wine, but their Sangria and Rose Slushies are the bomb. Last night around 630 pm the kitchen was very slow. I noticed two cooks. The two female cashiers were going back and forth about one of them clocking out and one clocking in while in front of a long line of customers. It was pretty sad to see there was no effort to work together but rather ignore each other's requests for assistance. That was a new instance and hopefully not the norm. But the cashier waited patiently to leave while the other girl took her sweet time taking over the cashier. She mentioned she had worked since 8 am and was owed an hr break. Not sure. Just wanted to let management know. The bartenders side seemed to be fine and handled a rush well. 💪🏽“

“This house has so much character! The aesthetic is so cute. They even have a speakeasy downstairs (so cool!). Drew and the two hostess were so sweet and kind. They all truly made us feel so welcome. My husband had the 14oz wagyu steak, butterfly shrimp and I had the Barton’s alfredo pasta and Caesar side salad. Every dish was fantastic. The drinks were tasty. Definitely need to try the whiskey and wine cocktail. I heard their brunch was amazing too. We’re definitely trying that out soon! 12/10 experience.“

“I have celiac disease and that makes it difficult to find a place that I feel really safe eating out. Not only are they able to make most things on the menu gluten-free but today we ordered two gluten-free entrées. When they served them, immediately Ricky came out and said wait to take a bite. There was one small part of one of the meals that wasn’t made gluten-free. Not only did they take care of it immediately, they were so gracious, kind, and very apologetic and I couldn’t have asked for a better response. I l feel SO confident in my ability to eat there as someone with an allergy. I often have to trust an establishment and then find out later if that was a mistake or not, but Narunya’s really let me know that they go the extra mile for everyone. Not only was my food delicious , but it is clear that each customer is valued. I will return often!“

“Best Thai food in the area in my opinion, food is full of flavor, something on the menu for everyone, atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. My kid won’t eat Thai food anywhere else. Highly recommend trying them out if your in the area or looking for your Thai fix 🥰“

“Tried for the first time and loved it! Got 4 burritos with chips and salsa as well. The burritos were delicious and HUGE! A little pricey but they're not stingy with the ingredients so worth it. We all got very full and enjoyed it!
Tortillas tasted homemade, which is a huge plus for us, really everything did. Staff was very sweet and friendly.
Only minor complaints and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the dining room being closed and the fact that the parking lot is too cramped for drive thru. Hate going through a drive thru to order this kinda food as my order has alot of customization. They were pretty fast, i just hate holding the line up for my big, complicated order lol. Order was 100% correct though.
Red salsa was very watery but had a good taste. Green salsa was amazing. Again, minor complaints so not deal breakers. Overall, loved it and will be back!“

“Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I received a text from Papa Murphy's this morning advertising a special: $8 for a 2-topping family size thin crust ...just what my taste buds were calling for! ♡ I drove all the way to Belton, because I really do like Papa Murphy's -the one in Temple closed. So, I walk in and show the young lady at the cash register my text and rattle off exactly the ingredients I want... hamburger and mushrooms... only to be interrupted with, "We don't have any thin crusts."
The last time I tried to use a coupon by ordering from this store online and the order was placed, but no coupon was applied. 😕
Needless to say, I am not happy.

It meant so much to my family since I have never been able to take my son to a movie before today (non verbal autism) the staff were great and super friendly. I do wish we had one of the nicer theater rooms with the reclining seats but over all my kids were super happy with the experience. Will be using this theater as my go to theater bc of their response time when it came to a sensory showing and it’s owned by someone local. I do really hope yall do a showing of Mario galaxy when it comes out. I feel like it will be a hit!“

“I love Acropolis. The food is always great. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. My sister had eggplant rollatini, I had rack of lamb with roasted potatoes and roasted cauliflower. I added a greek salad. My mom had the snapper and lemon soup as a side, my aunt had the Santorini pasta, my husband had the gyro plate. We had fried zucchini and baked feta for appetizers. For dessert, we got chocolate eruption and lemoncello cake. The chocolate cake was moist and delicious.“

My salmon was cooked to perfection and Mac and cheese was fantastic. Food came out fast too! We waited probably 15 mins and our food was out! Really good place to go.“

“Desde que llegué a vivir a Temple, este restaurante ha sido el lugar favorito de mi familia. Pero hoy tuvimos una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable. Conozco al gerente y, al llegar, nos colocaron junto a la puerta del privado. Ahí solo había dos comensales y el gerente, quien parecía estar de fiesta. Literalmente, los gritos y carcajadas no paraban y eran insoportablemente fuertes. Cuando la mesera se acercó, le pedí respetuosamente que cerrara la puerta de cristal para poder comer en paz. La mesera accedió y cerró la puerta, pero el gerente, el causante del ruido, le ordenó que la dejara abierta. En lugar de preguntar o disculparse, gritó que nos moviéramos a otra mesa. Esto es completamente inaceptable y una falta de respeto total. Solicité el cierre de la puerta de manera muy respetuosa, pero durante toda nuestra estancia, los gritos y risas del gerente y sus amigos fueron mucho más fuertes que la música del lugar. Que el gerente no solo genere tanto ruido sino que también maneje la situación de manera tan irrespetuosa es una vergüenza. El grito de "muévanse de mesa" fue un desafío y una muestra de que le molestó nuestra petición. Esto fue lo único que pedimos. El gerente nunca dio la cara y dejó que la mesera, quien seguía sus órdenes, manejara la situación. Es obvio que el ruido no se puede controlar al 100%, pero que el gerente sea el que genere el alboroto es inaceptable. Espero que esto llegue a oídos de los propietarios, la "Familia León". Es crucial que muestren respeto por quienes vamos a comer ahí y queremos hacerlo en paz. El ruido es entendible hasta cierto punto, pero que el gerente sea el responsable de semejante caos es intolerable. Esta situación es una muestra clara de una gestión ineficaz y una falta de respeto hacia los clientes. Espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que situaciones como esta no se repitan.“

“Walked in around 4:30pm on a Saturday. A man greeted my husband and I, giving us a menu, clear and concise directions, and ample space and time to deliberate. All the tables were clean. All the floors were clean. The bathrooms were clean. Every space my nosy eye could see, was clean, even around the soda machine and under the video games. Ordered fried mushrooms with ranch dip, cheese sticks, a small cheese pizza, order of fries, Buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese dressing on the side, Italian sausage sub, and two fountain drinks.

The sodas were crisp with perfect balance of syrup and bubbles. Waffle fries were hot and crispy, with a clean finish and slight sweetness, like fresh oil was used. Cheese pizza was hot and bubbly, just perfect, and reheated well later at home too. Cheese sticks were crisp outside gooey inside and not one of them were popped. Ranch dip was fresh. Italian sausage was cut in half lengthways (see picture) and grilled with onions and bell peppers. Buffalo chicken sub consisted of fresh fried chicken tenders, Buffalo sauce, crisp shredded iceberg lettuce, and fresh, crisp Roma tomato slices. One of the chicken tenders was a little dry, but otherwise it was fantastic, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, though I might request extra Buffalo sauce next time because I like it spicy. The fried mushrooms were unfortunately slightly overcooked, but had great flavor. We really enjoyed it. Only discomfort I had was the greenish, off-putting lighting. I took two pictures of the same food, with and without flash. I was impressed with the professionalism, love and care we experienced, and hope to return with a bigger crowd next time. “Had the pleasure of visiting this establishment along with my family in celebration of my granddaughter's birthday. The food was awesome as it was an eclectic mix of everything. I personally ordered the single serv Southern Fried Chicken upon a slice of toast with sweet baby carrots and seasoned rice. The chicken was buttery without being tough or hard to chew. It was delicious and melted in my mouth. Honerable mention goes out to our Server (Tony) a seasoned host and good at his job. His presentation was professional and impeccable. He accommodated all our needs with a warm smile. Let's not forget the Manager (Richard) who took the time to check with us making sure we were comfortable and offered a complimentary birthday treat of Chocolate Fudge Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream topping with whipped cream and a cherry on top. It was decadently delicious! Richard was kind and obliging making us feel at home. We enjoyed our entire birthday celebration and vowed to come back!“

“Best pancakes in town because of the different combinations and varieties. Got the new coffee cake pancake. It’s no coffee in it. But it tasted similar to a coffee cake or cinnamon streusel. I would have liked to see more of the brown sugar crumbles like what’s in a real coffee cake. Still was pretty good. Loved how tender the steak was on the egg Benedict. Tasted like it was flavorful roast on an English muffin. The lemonade is my favorite because it’s made with a spritzer for the base and they add the syrup and real strawberries. My kids loved iHop more than I expected.“
