My son loves this location as we can get him a pretzel while we shop. That said they will no longer honor the gift cards that they sell. I have money on a gift card we got for my son for Christmas, That multiple employees have refused to let us use. Was four stars, now one. I am only giving two stars due to past experiences weighting the average.
5 stars because I loved the burnt pic post!!

Auntie Anne’s was a nice quick stop while we were out. The pretzel came out warm, soft, and fresh, which is really what makes the difference. The staff was friendly, and the line moved pretty fast.
It is one of those places that is hard to pass up when you smell it nearby. Simple, quick, and exactly what I was craving for a snack.
