While the smells from the kitchen were good, the patty was a frozen, charbroiled patty and didn't taste fresh at all. Will go back but will probably avoid any of the burgers.“

“La Canterra location. Gabriel was our server and was outstanding. His recommendations were perfect. He explained every dish he brought out. Ask for him. Being from Spain and cooking paella and making tapas, the food at Toro is authentic and wonderful. I have eaten at many “Spanish” restaurants thru out the US and this has been my favorite! “We were pleasantly surprised how quickly everything came our and with the flavors. We had 2 chicken wings and fry orders and one bowl of chicken tortilla soup assuming it would be airport or theme park quality. It was refreshingly tasty. The honey Sriracha wings were awesome!!! We would grab this again passing through.“

“This place incredible. We stumbled upon it when the restaurant we were planning on going to had a 3 hour wait. I’m so glad we didn’t get into our first choice, this place was perfect. The best corn and the best coleslaw I’ve ever had in my life. Brisket was amazing, too. We ended up staying for quite a while to listen to the blues trio that was playing outside. They were the real deal, very talented dudes. This place is my favorite thing we’ve done on our entire trip. 10/10, no notes.“

“The Buckhorn Saloon and Museum is definitely a place to visit while you’re in San Antonio!! The amount of animals and artifacts on display are absolutely amazing. I’ll have to try their restaurant the next time I’m there, but overall with it being my first time visiting the Buckhorn I give it a 10/10! 😁“

“The Historic Pearl's Food Hall at Bottling, otherwise known as the Bottling Department Food Hall, which includes Park Bar, is an excellent space to grab a drink + take a break from the Texas heat as you are exploring the Pearl! :-) The space is really beautifully curated, and there is lots of seating!! Pearl's Food Hall, generally, is very clean & well-kept, making it all the more inviting!

My first visit to Park Bar occurred on a Monday afternoon (during a holiday) with my boyfriend, and we had no trouble getting a table after placing our drink orders. They have a variety of options at Park Bar (e.g. my boyfriend ordered a lager, and I kept it simple with a fountain soda). I'm looking forward to returning to try some of their cocktails + seasonal offerings!“

“We were there during Fiesta week so they were very busy but they gave us the option of sitting at the bar. Great idea! We were seated and taken care of by the nicest bartenders around! Of course the huge Margarita helped...LOL. Food was huge (I was reminded that everything is bigger in Texas). Tasty and for being so busy, service was great!“

“We were welcomed into the neighborhood with a coupon for a pizza. Well defenetly be going back to eat in. I highly recommend, the pizza was amazing and not just cause it was free. The service was professional and the atmosphere was extatic. So many food options and adult drink options. The decorations really drew my attention. Over all my kid wants to go back.“

“Pizza options are very good. There was live music. It was not too loud that you couldn't hear. Decent beer selection but if you want something stronger you have to go to their sister restaurant bar next door to get it. Don't know why the wait staff can't ring it in and get it for you? They have byob for a coring fee so that is nice“

“To be honest, came to the Three-Legged Monkey because I loved the name then pulled up saw their logo, loved it even more. But honestly that evening they had a open mic night (I guess is what you'd call it) and the guy they had playing was AMAZING. He had his own twists on female artist songs and we even put in a request. Unfortunately he didn't have our first choice Blue October, but he did kill it with The Cure. Our bartender was super attentive, it was League night for darts so they were a little busy but not slammed to the point to where we waited a long time for our drinks. They only have one pool table which wasn't a huge deal; It was a good table. We left fairly early because we didn't want to get caught if anymore ugly thunderstorms were due to start again like there was the night before. The only bad thing is not necessarily per se their location bad even though we're following GPS. We did kind of miss the entrance twice other than that, when we're in the area again we will definitely be back as we had such a good time and hopefully that guy will be there again and have at least ONE Blue October song under his belt 🤷🏽‍♀️“
