I’m not one to leave google reviews but the rudeness of the young blonde lady helping me and the hubby was astounding. She didn’t say mean things but her demeanor was rude and she looked at us with annoyance on her face. She had us pull up, cool no biggie, but then she just sat the food on the car window seal and started walking away and we had to catch it. I love the chicken here. I get the tenders every time they are fantastic. The sides are not so good and the dipping sauces are bad - I use my own but here’s why the two stars. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The drive through is a joke. The drive through guy dressed in dirty jeans and a work t shirt wouldn’t take my order until my car was in the exact spot he wanted. He did this to several other cars. I was in this location on 4/24/24 at about 1:30 pm. There were was a senior woman having lunch and when she got up to go to the counter, the employee who dealt with her and her special instructions earlier, graciously interrupted his own lunch to help her. She seemed fragile and moved slowly and he was so patient with her.
