“Came here with the family after son’s baseball practice. T was our server. Service was great, fast and food came out just like we ordered. We were even able to sample the tres leches pancake.
My son enjoyed his meal and per him “I’m giving this place a 5star review.”“
“I had an exquisite afternoon at the applebees ihop on 9911 i-10 w, the service was quick paced but attentive and the food was delicious. Not to mention my grandmother started choking on her boneless wing and our server ran out of the kitchen and performed a heimlich maneuver on her. She saved her life. I would 100% come back with my family of 7.“
“Just finished eating at this location. I ordered the bacon temptation and it was absolutely phenomenal!! Kudos to the cook (I was told his name is Diego) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very kindly by the male host with glasses! My sever Joseph was also great and really efficient.“

Our waitress Tommy was top-notch really nice and professional. Always checking to see if we needed anything. The manager was very nice stopped by to see if everything was good for us. Awesome time.“

I had a wonderful dining experience at IHOP, thanks to Mr. BEE and Sree. They were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. “My husband and I had breakfast this morning and I normally don't write reviews but the service that our server David (Dave) gave us was exceptional. Dave was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and so polite that he made this trip memorable. If ever your at ihop at this location I hope you have Dave as your server. Hes the best!“
“I give a 4 on service because the first waitress really was bad. We sat for 20 minutes and she didn't even get our drink order. Finally she comes over and says she has been to busy and still doesn't get our order. The second one rescued the situation but cannot give a 5 because of the first one.“

“This IHOP is combined with Applebee's! We had lunch. Our server was really nice and accommodating. I asked for a suggestion for my meal and she suggested the Quesadilla Burger. It was good. There are TVs all around for the sports enthusiasts, I counted 28 screens!!! The prices were reasonable and the girls enjoyed themselves. The place was extremely clean and the food came out hot in less than 15 mins.“
“Thanks to Maxwell the experience was phenomenal! It was pretty busy and we were placed at a crowded area but we asked our server to move and he put us at a perfect booth. “It was my first trip to San Antonio. We chose IHOP over Dennys. It was a good choice. My granddaughter got a steak omelet with bacon and it was huge. She has a big appetite and could only get through half of it. The waffles were delicious and the salad with crispy chicken was refreshing. The staff was very friendly.“
“We waited at Cracker Barrel for 45 minutes and didn’t get a table so we went to ihop. It was amazing. There was only three people on a Saturday night and it was quiet. Our server was amazing. Our kids ate so much and our server helped us get our kids for free. Highly recommend on a Saturday night.“

“Food is totally awesome!! From breaksfast to dinner to having breakfast for dinner. The whole menu is just amazing. You need to bring back the Ham & Egg Melt. Ohhhh baby with half order of onion rings and fries. That breakfast sandwich was the best. An all around american given delight.“

Anyway, location is perfect and a quick jaunt from our hotel. Perfect place to have a good hardy breakfast and a quality conversation with friends.

“The revamp of the restaurant absolutely saved it, food is great now and service is amazing. Food comes out relatively quickly, but could be faster, however the restaurant is pretty new technically so they are not used to the business levels.“
“This morning I ordered online so I could pick up and come back home as soon as possible! When I arrived to the restaurant I was greeted with a great Good Morning and it’s almost done. As I sat there I noticed a group of servers and cooks helping guests laughing and getting the orders out.
It’s nice to see people working together and getting the job done. Management was helping also Asa regular team associate or quarterback trying to score a touch down. Well with me they made a touchdown with their great service!
I got home and fed everyone and they felt the same way I did but it was in the food. My mother ate and said this was the best IHOP breakfast she’s had from IHOP in awhile! I agreed! The grits, eggs, bacon and pancakes were cooked to perfect ❤️…. Great job team! I hope you keep up this service and watch people be lining up at the door!“
“My son and I went to IHOP at this location on Christmas day. We got seated immediately with surprise me because there was some people there before us. Our server was great a lot of energy for someone who was working on her 12th hour. I had had a big breakfast so I didn't think I was going to be that hungry my son came over around 2 in the afternoon I was going to order light which is two pancakes two of everything and I was surprised I ate it all the food which was great, my son had his sampler his favorite.... the atmosphere was great very festive lots of families there and the staff was very courteous full of the Christmas spirit it makes you really feel welcome there. I think the servers and food preparers does a lot of credit for working on a holiday like that especially Christmas. As we were leaving we were all wished a very merry Christmas I couldn't be more impressed especially at this location I had never been there before and it was very close to where I live. I just want to thank all the people who work there who sacrificed a part of their day to make their customers happy with a great meal...“
