“The food was great but the service was even greater. Courtney and Ella were excellent servers. Ella was new but was so friendly and attentive to our needs. She checked back with us several times to see if we needed anything. We'll ask for her table next time we eat there. Courtney did a great job training Ella. Food was delicious 😋

“Always enjoy our family dinners here. Food is always warm and delicious, and the staff is very attentive. Plus, it's fun to be able to run to five below right next door when we are done!

“My husband and I went today for brunch. It the first time in a year we didn't hear the excuse that they were short staffed. The deal is we love IHOP pancakes of the month, so if it's a pancake, we really want, we try to go. More often than not, we end up leaving when we hear, "There is only one cook."we are very backed up. Only two servers" or some other excuse. Today, we walked in hopeful but with a backup plan ready. But there were no excuses. Destiny A. sat us immediately and waited on us. She was quick, efficient, and respectful. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. It was a welcoming and enjoyable experience today.“
“I rarely ever write reviews, but the service here is phenomenal. Big shout out to the server Cassandra; she was so sweet, attentive, and personable. She made the visit there so unexpectedly wonderful. I've honestly never been to an IHOP where the entire staff was so great. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you for the lovely service :)“

Dhevopted for the build your own omelet. It comes with a side. She chose pancakes, which were 3. She added a side of hashbrowns as well. She enjoyed all.
I opted for the poblano omelet. It comes with beef (like you get on a Philly), poblano peppers, and onion. It is a bit spicy, which I like. I got the pancakes as my side and added a side of hashbrowns. The psnckskes are not too heavy. The hasbrwnscare like typical frozen variety.
The waiter was friendly and very efficient
The restaurant was exceptionally clean. If fact, it was amazingly clean.
I gave it a 4 only.because to me, when you compare IHOP to Denny's, Denny's is slightly cheaper on comparable items, and Denny's has many more offerings on its menu.
Vegetarian options: This restaurant is open 22 hours a day. Theynclose frm 4am-6am. Why? Who knows. Maybe to do some bookkeeping, such as documentation of the days sales.

“I ordered take out using the app which doesn’t let you customize some options. Once I placed my order, I called the store and Santos picked up right away and was very accommodating in ensuring the customizations to my order was taken care of. We will be back.

We had just wanted midnight decaf coffee and something to snack on; and this was the second IHOP we drove to (the first was closed).
Bacon came out crispy. Coffee was hot. Good experience over all.“

“Walked in and sat down, then a approached by a woman at the front desk. She wanted us to follow her to reseat us, however we refused. Why? She saw us when.we came in and never acknowledged us. So we continued to wait where we were. Our waiter came and he was AWESOME, I told him.what happened and he apologized. Then.he did an.awesome job, waiting on us just sweet and friendly I believe his name was GIO. Beautiful young man very respectful and he went above and beyond his GM (don't know her name) also Hispanic and very nice and accommodating very, very kind as well. We used to go to the one on.San Pedro, they had the worse staff. Anyway the moral of the story is be nice and kind to everyone no matter thier race. You just never know who that person is. THANK YOU GIO AND GM. GREAT JOB!“
“Food was mediocre, exactly what to expect from IHOP, and not in a bad way, but the price was aaaokayy, we were a party of 3 and we each had a different breakfast and with coffee and the tip we each paid approximately $10 so it was reasonable, I would just recommend to give the waiting and dining area a major scrub down from the cooling vents to the corner of the carpet, so this is why there’s a 4 star rating from me!-“
“Bathroom had a weird smell. An unwanted guest came out of my utensils wrap. Very scary and sad. Every one was very nice hospitality.

“We had breakfast 😋 egg white vegetarian omelet 🍊 juice with fresh fruit... hubby had 🍓 pancakes with eggs, sausage, and 🍊 juice. Everyone was kind, pleasant, and checked on us regularly. Thank you for your kindness. The food was yummy 😋 very fulfilling 😋 😊 We will be back again. Music was pleasant, not loud. Sorry, no photos 😅 I was busy eating, and by the time I remembered, I'd eaten most of my omelet.

“This particular IHOP never disappoints! The food is Always Fresh and served timely. Our waitress "Q" was thebomb.com! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very gracious. The wait staff at this IHOP have always been nice and courteous. Go, you will not be disappointed!“
“We go for a family breakfast to catch up on the week. The last time we went, the waitress informed us that they were understaffed due to call ins. There was a delay in our ordering and orders being brought out. I believe they were trying to contact people to come in, in between waiting on tables. After some time, I did observe "coverage crew" showing up. The way I see it, they were doing what they could with what they had at the time we showed up.“
