“I left the review stating that this location was horrible what I would like to revise my review and say that they changed their employees their customer service has been updated their machines are working they are very nice James was a very exceptional person and has very great customer service the food was fresh came on time the wait was not long at all and the prices are great thank you for your service and I will recommend this location to anyone now“

“This location serves great food, and I must mention the service. I believe she's the manager or assistant manager, but she's very sweet, kind, patient and always provides condiments without asking. I absolutely love the service. I honestly can say that I come to this very location because of her service and the quality of the food. “I love their tacos 🌮 my initial visit it was a 5stars the tacos were on spot .. I went back a few days later. And the tacos had to be remade. They poorly made and the cheese was missing. The staff was very friendly. The tacos were good after however the oil probably had not been changed and I could taste that something was a bit off“

“Came in on a Sunday night, was a little hesitant after seeing reviews. The place was empty inside but the drive thru and curbside orders were hopping. All the tables were clean, everything was very clean inside. Despite being only one of what looked like maybe 2 employees, Edward was very kind and answered my questions about the menu. The food was very hot and fresh and carefully assembled. I didn’t think to take a picture, but it looked like it was put together with care. I was having a hard day, and I needed a hot meal and a kind face, and Edward gave me both. Thank you so much!!“

“Service here is always good, I live right between this one and the one on Foster Rd and I've ordered from both and will choose this location whenever I can if I get my food delivered or if I'm picking up. The service is great and the food is always hot at this location.“

“I always come to this location because the staff is always quite kind & courteous despite the rude people that sometimes beep constantly, especially late at night when they have about 5-7 cars in line the drive thru yet only ever see maybe 2-3 max employees working?! It's clear this location is understaffed, though the customer service has consistently been on par with no complaints thus far. I have waited for my food in the designated pull-up areas on occasion AND don't mind a bit. My food is always fresh & hot, so it's worth a 2-5 minute wait...and if people are upset about a literal short delay, then why do they come back? This place is off the hook, bustling & busy most days & evenings with 2 max employees a majority of the time so they must be doing something right if all people can complain about is that there is a slight wait...maybe some of the whiny customers should take up a job here cuz' they pay well, the food is always hot & fresh & they'd prolly get a discounted or free meal on their shifts AND it would improve the delays in the drive-through?! Just a thought...1 star off for atmosphere due to the drive-through ill behaviored clietele specifically, not on the employees nor the location. A++“

“Leticia M goes above and beyond at her job. She is so thorough and attentive. I travel for work so fast food and restaurants are usually what we end up going for. Certain parts of the US have better or worse customer service. Texas being one of the states with better service in general. Anyway the way she does her job stood out and she deserves some acknowledgment. I hope she gets get a raise, she deserves it for sure.“

“I saw a review that stated the manager was rude and it always rude, This is the only jack in the box i go into because the people are always friendly and doing their jobs not playing around, not dressed however they want to & to me this is the only one in san antonio where that takes place.
personally ive spoken to the manager on multiple occasions and she’s always pleasant. She has never been rude to her employees. Ontop of that the food is always fresh and I always hear how the employees respect her, i don’t know man that lady sounds like somebody who got fired or something don’t listen to her review. If you want some good jack in the box continue to eat at this location because it’s definitely top tier and takes me back to the jack in the box from back in the day.“

“This location has history and is being better managed now than it was, the order I picked up 2 days ago was excellent, but this morning it was mediocre.. I went inside to collect an order. And the soda fountains in the public area were all empty. The restaurant was clean, though, which was a good sign. But they always seem understaffed, and the waits feel long.“

“I work overnight and occasionally pick up food during my lunch. The food is always good. Occasionally, when I receive my food the person is quick to shut the window and walk away. I always check my order to make sure it is correct and have my condiments, and if I need something I need to knock on the window and if they don't hear I have to wait until they are back in the field of vision. Annoying. Today 1/11/26 at 2:30 am when it was dark and 40° outside, there was a man standing in the drive thru area outside my passenger door and it made me feel uneasy. When I left he walked up to the drive thru window. It was odd.“

“I put my order in online which was really easy and picked up the burgers and fries and they were nice and hot we even got 2 orders of the crispy tacos and an order of the egg rolls they were really really good thank you for keeping up the good work“

They forgot the curly fries, after my man’s lunch I went back and I said my mobile name and they knew about forgetting the fries. “Placed my order online since the systems inside were down. So did the two people after me haha. I didn’t get the lady’s name who was working, but she did great (and her coworker as well). My order went in at 4:09AM and was ready by 4:20AM .
They did forget my fries, but I noticed before I drove too far when I reached for some fries that weren’t there.💀 Again, the lady was super nice and upgraded my fries from a regular to a large (and I didn’t even ask).🥰 so whoever was on shift Thursday, October 9 @ 4AM .. yall are the bomb.🥹“
