“Last night was game night and I was in a rush and low on funds. I went to this location and received respectful and very well mannered hospitality from Carlos and Jessie. Also received my food hot and fresh in under five minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service. It was top tier. Not to mention very fast service.“

“This was my first visit to Jack in the box in general. I ordered online and received hot food. My sandwich was wrong, but the guys were polite and quickly fixed the problem. I used to work in fast food and I understand that sometimes this happens. The place was clean enough. It was clear that the guys were trying to prepare the food fresh and hot“
“To the young man at the drive thru and the cook, today 12/13/24 @ 9:02pm, Drive thru order 131. I'm very impressed with my order. Our sourdough jacks were made to perfection 👌 I haven't had a sourdough jack made like that in years, it's usually halfway toasted or not at all. Also, before we got our meals, the young man asked us to parked in the front and we forgot to ask condiments so we were like it's okay, then we get home and saw he gave us taco sauce and my favorite buttermilk. Outstanding young man!!

“I luv this place the young lady in the front knows my order by heart ❤️ and she knows I'm allergic to mayo and she makes sure mayo doesn't go on meal my meal is always fresh I can't pronouns her name but I will get it and post it on here for sure she deserves a raise she has excellent customer service she is absolutely an asset to the company“
“I visited this location today and yesterday. My order was made wrong and I called and spoke with the manager who said she would fix my order whenever I could come back which was today. The staff on all occasions I’ve visited have been very friendly and attentive. They don’t make me feel like I’m an inconvenience when I visit.I appreciate the fact that they fixed my order and thanked me for giving me for allowing them to fix it. You don’t really receive this kind of customer service anymore at fast food restaurants. They constantly keep the lines moving when I come through the drive thru and offer me condiments and there’s always napkins/utensils in the bag which I really appreciate it’s really the small details and the great staff that makes them stand out from the rest.“

“I went through the drivethru earlier this morning, after 12 am and the sweetest girl helped me, as I was not aware that they served breakfast all the time. It was a pleasant surprise to know this. That being said it was a quiet night and pleasant atmosphere…. Thank you Arieee, I hope that's her name, i will visit again!!!

“Came in March 4th 2025 at around 130pm ordered 2 meals for my husband and myself. Got the spicy homestyle chicken combo large with curly fries and ultimate cheeseburger large with curly fries. Order wasn’t ready too fast (means food wasn’t sitting) also didn’t take too long! Was a decent amount of wait that means our food was made FRESH! Everything was hot and tasty! Best Jack in the box between here and saint hedwig!!! Could see cook cleaning grill after making our food!!! Great pleasent staff!!! Good job guys!! Thank you!!!“
“This is one of the best Jack-in-the-Box in the location. Every place she goes is gonna have their up and downs, but their food is clean good good stuff they’re always up-to-date with everything with their inventory staying organized good attitude. Also the manager in pink and glasses is very beautiful“
“Great restaurant, when we wanted to order we were told that only 7 of the approximately 20 menu options were available, so that was disappointing. Food was good. There wasn't much seating available, but luckily we had a spot.

“Went there a few nights in a row in the drive thru & the person there that they have working the window gives me excellent customer service always greets with a smile and makes sure my whole order is all in my bags. Told me her name is Lulu … great employee made sure my fries and burger were Fresh and hot. Makes the wait that everybody complains about, worth it. If you had a run in with a rude employee ask for Lulu promise won’t regret it.“
“They get my order right every time the one one I don’t like is the bigger older guy 30-45 maybe years old w the beard because everytime I want to take something off he goes oh we can’t do that or that’s not allowed lol been coming back in the box all my life bby Ik you can do that. Parking: Parking is in the parking lot of the restaurant and you also have street parking available where you would parallel park your car between people's driveways and other cars but really they have parking lots with stripes in the parking lot you have to park in between the yellow lines and not in the aisles.

“Placed an online order around 8 a.m. The place was empty but it still took over 10 minutes to receive my order. The main thing I didn't like was that the windows and doors were so smudged; it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in at least a week. The food was good though.“
“The workers were very friendly, the place was clean, the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have soda, you had to talk to the workers and although they were always friendly, we took the drink from them.

“Went to go visit this location around 6 o’clock ordered some food. Food was very fresh and the kids that were working. There were very nice and awesome. Quick service very fast and got orders taken out really quick. I will definitely come back to this location.“
“Look, I've only ever gone through the drive thru at this location. To add, I've only ever done so in the middle of the night. On weekends this place gets hectic, they may run out of certain items like sides, and as far as pricing goes, it's not the cheapest late night option. But I'll be damned if they don't move the line, provide consistent quality, and keep customers satisfied. It's the best jack in the box in the city, and the only one so far that has earned my repeated business.“

“Not sure who was working tonight but the food and service was actually really good. My food was hot and accurate. I have had food from here before and it was disgusting shame on me for trying it again but it was actually good. The cashier was a black kid with blonde dreads and the cook was as well. They were the best employees I have seen at this jack in the box in a while.“
“I had the giant egg roll which is not giant. It's way overpriced. You should get two for the price. I can remember when you can get three for the price. I won't be buying it again. In general I like their food. It's just this egg roll is too too small. For the price.“
“I ordered JITB recently to try their new pineapple shake (delicious btw) and the second time I went to order, they were out of the Large cup. I put in a support ticket and the district manager called me within 5 minutes and offered me the shake another time for free. “This location serves great food, and I must mention the service. I believe she's the manager or assistant manager, but she's very sweet, kind, patient and always provides condiments without asking. I absolutely love the service. I honestly can say that I come to this very location because of her service and the quality of the food. Compliments go out to her and her staff that are assisting her.“
