“This location serves great food, and I must mention the service. I believe she's the manager or assistant manager, but she's very sweet, kind, patient and always provides condiments without asking. I absolutely love the service. I honestly can say that I come to this very location because of her service and the quality of the food. Compliments go out to her and her staff that are assisting her.“

“Talk about going above and beyond. I ordered food from the jack in the box app for delivery, well I guess my driver kept the order or something happened where I did not get my order.
The manager Cedric went out of his way to make sure that I got my order. Talk about amazing. He made sure I received my order. Handed it to me personally. I have never had service like this.
My kids would have not had dinner had Cedric not took the time out of his day to make sure the order was remade and redelivered.
Just had to give them a shout out especially Cedric and Buddy! Jack came in clutch today.“
“Went through the drive thru the other night super tired trying to get food for me & my family after a long day & a big thank you to Dakota for not having me wait long, the food was super fresh & delicious! “I gotta be honest I went there today and I think I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Jack-in-the-Box ever food five star service five stars. The only zero stars I’m gonna give is to the manager who was not present at the time to encourage or support her team. The only disappointment I have was no Manager was on the clock at the moment. Other than that food was great. Service was great. The people behind the desk were amazing behind the counter, so I’ll go back.“

“I saw a review that stated the manager was rude and it always rude, This is the only jack in the box i go into because the people are always friendly and doing their jobs not playing around, not dressed however they want to & to me this is the only one in san antonio where that takes place.
personally ive spoken to the manager on multiple occasions and she’s always pleasant. She has never been rude to her employees. Ontop of that the food is always fresh and I always hear how the employees respect her, i don’t know man that lady sounds like somebody who got fired or something don’t listen to her review. If you want some good jack in the box continue to eat at this location because it’s definitely top tier and takes me back to the jack in the box from back in the day.“
“I always come to this location because the staff is always quite kind & courteous despite the rude people that sometimes beep constantly, especially late at night when they have about 5-7 cars in line the drive thru yet only ever see maybe 2-3 max employees working?! It's clear this location is understaffed, though the customer service has consistently been on par with no complaints thus far. I have waited for my food in the designated pull-up areas on occasion AND don't mind a bit. My food is always fresh & hot, so it's worth a 2-5 minute wait...and if people are upset about a literal short delay, then why do they come back? This place is off the hook, bustling & busy most days & evenings with 2 max employees a majority of the time so they must be doing something right if all people can complain about is that there is a slight wait...maybe some of the whiny customers should take up a job here cuz' they pay well, the food is always hot & fresh & they'd prolly get a discounted or free meal on their shifts AND it would improve the delays in the drive-through?! Just a thought...1 star off for atmosphere due to the drive-through ill behaviored clietele specifically, not on the employees nor the location. A++“
“This was my first visit to Jack in the box in general. I ordered online and received hot food. My sandwich was wrong, but the guys were polite and quickly fixed the problem. I used to work in fast food and I understand that sometimes this happens. The place was clean enough. It was clear that the guys were trying to prepare the food fresh and hot“
“Leticia M goes above and beyond at her job. She is so thorough and attentive. I travel for work so fast food and restaurants are usually what we end up going for. Certain parts of the US have better or worse customer service. Texas being one of the states with better service in general. Anyway the way she does her job stood out and she deserves some acknowledgment. I hope she gets get a raise, she deserves it for sure.“
“They get my order right every time the one one I don’t like is the bigger older guy 30-45 maybe years old w the beard because everytime I want to take something off he goes oh we can’t do that or that’s not allowed lol been coming back in the box all my life bby Ik you can do that. “Daniel whom cooks the breakfast sandwiches always hot , fresh and cooked to perfection. I love Jack on the box variety of brrakfast sandwiches they are all so good! My favorite though is meat lovers or double sausage/egg/ cheese crossaint breakfast sandwich. 😋😋 Ricardo drive thru customer service excellent courteous service. Both great job! 😊👏“
“This was perhaps the smallest Jack in the Box I've been to. 4 people in the dining room might consistute a fire code violation.
Despite that it was nice. The dining room was empty and clean. The bathroom was clean.
The staff were some of the best I ever dealt with from this chain. I love to travel so yes Ive been to many. The two employees offered top notch customer service well beyond what I'm used to for fast food in general.“

The people at the window are always nice to me.
There are only 2 foods I order, the two tacos and the Jumbo Jack with cheese. Sometimes I do order the three egg rolls, very good, but I need to be careful about my meager finances!“
“We came in and ordered. The young lady is new. And accidentally cleared the screen. She started over, and with out asking me anything. She got everything exactly right. And kept her composure. This crew had alot going on but dealt with everything like it was nothing. Obviously they have a great manager/teacher. Food was super fresh and not 1 thing wrong with my order. Good job!!!“
“Placed an online order around 8 a.m. The place was empty but it still took over 10 minutes to receive my order. The main thing I didn't like was that the windows and doors were so smudged; it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in at least a week. The food was good though.“

“Came in March 4th 2025 at around 130pm ordered 2 meals for my husband and myself. Got the spicy homestyle chicken combo large with curly fries and ultimate cheeseburger large with curly fries. Order wasn’t ready too fast (means food wasn’t sitting) also didn’t take too long! Was a decent amount of wait that means our food was made FRESH! Everything was hot and tasty! Best Jack in the box between here and saint hedwig!!! Could see cook cleaning grill after making our food!!! Great pleasent staff!!! Good job guys!! Thank you!!!“
“Went to go visit this location around 6 o’clock ordered some food. Food was very fresh and the kids that were working. There were very nice and awesome. Quick service very fast and got orders taken out really quick. I will definitely come back to this location.“
“This place isn't great, but tbh I love the all-day breakfast. And it's more of a problem with Jack in the box as a brand.
Im rating it 5 stats in everything because this specific place is pretty good. Seems like they never have anything when I go. They didn't have large cups or the sauce I tended to get. Probably an issue with their shipments or whatever. idk.“
“I had the giant egg roll which is not giant. It's way overpriced. You should get two for the price. I can remember when you can get three for the price. I won't be buying it again. In general I like their food. It's just this egg roll is too too small. For the price.“

“Always service first! While there's not much to say about the food and atmosphere of a fast food joint that's been around for 70+ years, I am not taking away overall stars for it. My review is about the service. The same young adult always seems to be there when I go. This individual is always extremely polite and friendly. Even when there is a rush and their location is out of a menu item(s), they are calm and professional. This person also always offers condiments and never makes you feel like you have to pay when you ask for extra. Overall, even with long wait times and the need to alter my order it's always a pleasant experience.“
“Used Uber today at 1am and the food was piping hot and delicious. Took awhile to get the food but was actually happy considering it was made fresh hence the wait time. Would recommend highly, don't worry about the wait they are very worth it.“
