We dropped by one evening as I'd been wanting to check this place out for a while. There were no customers there when we arrived around 7ish, which was surprising, but eventually a few tables wandered in. The sauce to go for is the cajun mixed with garlic butter. The hot and sour is like Tom yum but doesn't cling that well. The shrimp are your best bet for max meat per pound but the crawfish are of decent quality - some of them are real big. The andouille sausage is delicious, nice snap and really juicy. 1. We had 2 baskets: shrimp and calamari. It seemed the grease for frying was not hot enough because our food was not crispy but greasy. The shrimp and calamari breading had no flavor. 2.
