“I am a regular at mug shots and since my first sip I have never gone back to starbucks. Me and my boyfriend used to come every morning for coffee and the staff was always so nice and invested in their customers. Almost every time I come there’s always such a great atmosphere, customers chatting with the baristas, people always getting along, i love to see it! I also want to shout out their little mascot (i forgot her name) but omg she’s the cutest dog ever. I love being greeted by her when i come in. If you’re looking to support small businesses mug shots has my full vote on where to go. I always bring my friends with me when i come or recommend it. Everyone there seems like a family the way they chat with their customers it genuinely makes my heart happy.“

“Nice new location! The inside is spotless. I am a Starbucks Partner and I was visiting my boyfriend so I decided to try out this location. Everyone was super nice, they brought me my food, and drinks when they were very busy with a smile. Which you don’t have to when busy but they did! But my drinks and food were BOMB! “I hardly ever have a problem with this location (and my kids eat here frequently😳), so I’ll still recommend them, but tonight my son went through the drive thru and when he got home, the order was wrong. I called the only phone number I could find for them (the one on their website) and it’s disconnected. If they could update the website/app with the correct number that’d be great. ☺️“

“Traveling from Midland, TX on business and my go to choice "Black Rifle" was a pretty good shot out of my way but 1820 was a nice alternative. Also I love supporting local businesses and not big chains owned by people with no soul like Starbucks etc. Great coffee and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for that morning fix.“

“They Berry Tea Room is a wonderful place for an intimate lunch or just a tea break. We were a group of eight women and the room we were in was very snug with that many people seated there. But it was quiet and we were able to talk. The service was very good. It was a pretty good size menu. I had what was called the peacemaker which was a sandwich that had half and half on it. I had a choice of three and I chose egg salad and chicken salad. The other choice was tunafish salad. There was also a selection of bread to choose from and it was between a croissant and rye bread. I chose the rye bread which I enjoyed a lot. We started with a cup of soup, and the entrée came out with veggie strips, like potato chips, only in straw shape and we got a nice little scoop of cherry and chocolate chip ice cream for dessert. It was all included in the price. Being a tea room I had to order hot tea, and a variety was brought out for me to choose from. It was served with a beautiful teacup and teapot so it was just like having a tea party. Prices were very reasonable and the service fantastic. I would return to this restaurant in the future.“

“This is my new favorite place! The egg bites are so savory and delicious, like crustless quiche. The burritos have just the right amount of spice. And the doughnut holes make a great dessert! But my favorite thing by far is the frozen fuel with sugar-free syrups. I'm addicted! The staff is always, and I mean always, friendly, polite, and genuine. I wish I had a photo to share.“

“The manager KT is by far the best person I met in Texas he was so sweet and helped me with recommendations the atmosphere was amazing the staff were so sweet and so attentive and on the plus side the drinks were amazing 10 out of 10 I would recommend everyone to come here to the league city location“

“I would give this place a 5 star if it weren’t for their management. I love the drinks and friendly staff but their management is very stingy. They charge for tap water and don’t allow to specialize child desserts to just whip cream and drizzle for no apparent reason. I keep going because the staff and drinks are tasty though.“

“Smoothie King always hits the spot! The smoothies are fresh, tasty, and made just right every time. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. HUGE shout out to the workers on the shift around 1ish. Even though they were in a huge rush they still made my drinks amazing and in a timely manner. It was really busy in there but I love how they always kept a smile on their faces and made the customers laugh/smile!! Also love how many options there are — especially for staying healthy on the go. Highly recommend!“

“I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.“
