“Subway sandwiches are always great. Unless there are new rules to veggies limitation, this location was very skimpy with their veggies. When I asked for more, I was told that's the portion it comes with the sandwich. I requested not to toast the bread but got toasted anyways. I never had any problems with other locations when asking for more veggies. Oh well... I will just order from another locations from now on.“

“Great customer service. Drive thru cashier was very polite. Ordered medium meal, fiesta chicken sandwich with avocado added, baked bbq Lay's, loaded potato soup and Arnold Palmer light ice. Neatly made and delicious sandwich, but I shouldn't have gotten any or less black olives. Soup and bread attacks was hot and fresh. Will return to try other sandwiches.“

“From the minute we opened the door, tantalizing scents of delectable spices captured us and drew us into the magic that is Rustika Cafe and Bakery. We were welcomed in by Leo and made to feel right at home. We went for only one meal, but couldn't leave without "1 of this, and 1 of that, and oh! 2 of those..." and worth every penny! You (we) HAVE to go back because you can't possibly eat everything in one visit that you'll want to taste!“

“Alex, Dakota, and Angel were fantastic. everyone at the night crew was super understanding when we walked in super late, and still made my fiances number 13, and offered me a free drink/chips instead of complaining. my hubby had a bad day, and all he wanted was this Sammich, so we are very thankful to you guys!!“

“This was the only store in entire Galveston that was open on Christmas break and they served us hot sandwiches and she helped me identify that subway actually sells two types of veggie patties one with egg and also one without eggs. Never knew! Thanks again!“

“Subways are usually all alike. This one however has some really great sandwich chefs behind the counter. Very friendly, very attentive in meeting their customers orders. Always fresh ingredients. My only disappointment is they no longer have soup. BTW, try one of their sslads“

“This was one of the cleanest subways I have been too. The gentlemen Franco serving us was polite and very passionate about his job. He explained to us that on his downtime he likes to ensure everything is clean including the inside and top of machines. Everything was stocked neatly. His personality is what really made our experience exteodinary. We would definitely recommend eating from here.“

“Drove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business.No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure.I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a great sandwich!“

“I go out of my way to the SUBWAY on Palmer Hwy bcz for years they have had the 1-2-punch, Great staff and Great sandwiches. Kevin and George kept things Live and Upbeat, always smiling and starting your sandwich when they see you getting out your car. These guys know their customers so well, you could bypass the line and go straight to the register where your sandwich would be waiting for you. That's GREAT Custom Service. UNFORTUNATELY, management doesn't know when they have a GREAT thing going. They fired Kevin, whom I call SUNSHINE and George left. These guys set the tone and it was always fun bcz they created such a joyous atmosphere. Their gone and all the joy went with them. Pat does a good job but there's no SUNSHINE without Kevin and George. After all these years, I don't go into the store anymore! Good service is more than good. The repore that the staff created with it's customers is just as important as the food. Sad day! B.Hall“
