“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

Every time we eat there the service is friendly, food is very fresh, and the team is always looking for ways to make the experience the best for the customer. We appreciate their consistency and quality, but mostly their attention to detail and customer satisfaction.“

“I went in here several weeks back when there was a group of people from corporate headquarters that were there trialing the new DR pepper burger. The staff was all very polite and prompt, and I eneded up talking with one of the corporate gentlemen, David. Initially my burger was made wrong. We had a very busy day and it took about 3 hours for me to realize this. After going back to the store to see if they would be able to fix it, David recognized me instantly and asked what was wrong. After showing him was was wrong he had a brand new, full meal made so I had warm food and continued to apologize. The staff was just as nice the second time back, and I was very impressed.
I've always tried to embrace the concept that accidents happen, to everyone, no matter how skilled in your profession. It's what you do to rectify those mistakes that matters. David and the staff went above and beyond, that day. I would most deinfately recommend this Dairy Queen.“

“Burger and fries at 4:45AM today hit the spot and were perfectly cooked! We drove to window, and didn’t hear anything for a minute so I said Hello? Then I proceeded to get the Heaviest attitude, which got ten time worse at the Window. After giving my total with disdain and snottiness she Told Me “ Have a Great Life” for my goodbye. Young lady: wear less makeup because you’re already pretty but your attitude makes Whataburger look bad and you don’t belong in customer Service til you have a reckoning with Jesus.
FYI: we did wait 9.5 minutes with 1 car in front waiting much longer“

“The Sonic parking lot was well kept and clean. I didn’t use the restroom, but I’m sure it was the same. The food was fresh hot we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which is hot and crispy. I’ll definitely be coming back to my neighborhood. Sonic.“
“This store crew is always courteous and provides fast, quality sandwiches. Today, 10/8/2024, a corporate or franchise owner group of six, showed up at at noon to have a bunch of specialty hot sandwiches made. While they were back in the kitchen taking video's of the new hot sandwiches being made, they did not realize the normal hangry lunch crew had already arrived! To this corporate team, NEVER do this at noon. Show up at 11:00AM. You will accomplish the same goal and not delay the hangry customers like you did today.
Kid-friendliness: This store crew is always courteous and provides fast, quality sandwiches.“

“First time back in a while. I went inside because I needed time to research the menu. You were out of one item so I had to make a call. Not a problem and the person who waited on me, Samuel, was not only very patient, but actually suggested the same item my wife typed in her text.
Very generous servings, but please don’t take it wrong and reduce the portions.

“I love eating here. tonight left a sour taste in my mouth . last week I ordered extra cane sauce. it was left out when order was being checked. I went this evening, requested a cane sauce at no charge. I explained reason. cashier checked with mngmnt as I was standing there, manager told the young man that he can't be giving out free food. so what does the young man do? he pays for it. once I realized what was going on, I advised the young man I could pay for it BUT he wasn't giving away FREE food! I PAIS for that sauce. thank you to the cashier an👎👎👎 to the manager !!“
