“The employees are very nice and welcoming. The store is clean but very small. There's not a lot of space to wait for the order and can get quite crowded at peek times. The mobile order system can use some work. The expectation is the order will be ready by pick-up time but it's required to notify arrival via the app and there's still a wait. It defeats the purpose of placing the order in advance. However, the cookies are extraordinary.“

“You don't go to Mornings Kolaches for the atmosphere. You go there to pick up some phenomenal Jolly Peno kolaches to take to work. BEST KOLACHES EVER!!! The bacon and cheese is my #2 favorite. “Love that there’s such a great selection of sweet and savory kolaches, and they are all so good! My favorite is bacon, egg, and cheese as well as ham and cheese. The kolaches are dense — two fills me up! My only complaints are that the line is often long and the employees can seem rushed — even after warming up kolaches, they still are cool on the inside. I wish these places were a bit cozier to take a seat for dine in!

“Chris Crowe, Adam, Briana & Viktoryia provided excellent service. We place a pretty big order of a few dozen kolaches & rolls & they were perfect. The kolache was so soft, moist & full of sweet flavor. We had cream cheese, peach, lemon, cherry, apricot & apple. We also ordered a few cinnamon rolls & they were melt in your mouth good. Adam, Briana & Viktoryia were so sweet and quick to assure we had everything right, fresh & packed securely for travel as we were traveling about an hour. They were very interactive in talking with us about the Strawberry festival in town & about our days plans. Viktoryia took the time to tell me all about the other food she was packing for a catering event. Puff pastries stuffed with egg, meats & cheeses. They were coated with a egg glaze & cooked to a golden brown. They looked SO good & I will definitely be back to order them. 12/10 stars for this adorable, small town bakery.“

I was hesitant at first because I really wanted him to have something that resembled more of a tiered cake. With the help of Lameka Hadnot and Monigua Murphy, at the Baybrookmall Mall store in Webster, my son and I both got what we wanted. Thank you two so much for helping to make my son’s wedding special! While at the store, he was given a very nice bag of goodies as part of Operation Appreciation. It was very touching to see HEB recognize those who have served. “Delicious fresh kolaches with so many filling options it is almost overwhelming. My favorite was the ham and Swiss but you can’t go wrong with the sausage filled one either. Their coffee leaves a lot to be desired but there is a coffee shop next door that we didn’t get a chance to try.“

My only complaint is that the hand written menu at the drive thru is way too small for me to read. I love that it's hand written but I wish they would hire someone to hand write a sign that fills their entire display case with the menu so I can read it without having to pull up the menu online before I go.“
