“I must start by saying I normally don't review places, especially fast food chains. This Subway however is by far worthy of it. It's top tier in every category for me and when it's busy the lines are dispatched fast. The bread, meats and cookies are always good. It's an overall great experience“

It came out absolutely amazing iv been looking for that kind of Philly cheese stake for years and nothing I have gotten has upheld to a good Philly cheese stake but that right there hit the exact spot iv been trying to itch. “Great customer service. Drive thru cashier was very polite. Ordered medium meal, fiesta chicken sandwich with avocado added, baked bbq Lay's, loaded potato soup and Arnold Palmer light ice. Neatly made and delicious sandwich, but I shouldn't have gotten any or less black olives. Soup and bread attacks was hot and fresh. Will return to try other sandwiches.“

“My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

Parking: It's a large shopping mall lot.“

“It’s always clean, quiet, I’m often the only one in here. The employees are always very friendly, I’ve never had to wait, they are always well stocked on ingredients in addition to the extras (chips, cookies). My sandwich is always well prepared and everything is crisp and fresh.“

“Located inside Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Cafeteria. Stays open til 10pm most nights when the regular cafeteria hours are only from 11pm-2pm. The food is kept fresher than the other subways I've been too and the employees are nice.“

“Make sure you come prepared to get your citation from the Clear Lake Shores Police Department. They give out a huge number of tickets on the streets around and in front of this business. This business is located in a high-intensity policing area. Don't let losing a few hundred dollars discourage you, though. When they pull you over after your meal and cite you, tip your hat to them. Protect and serve, right? The sandwich is worth it. You won't get out of your ticket. The municipal court will see to it you pay ever penny. The police like to hang out in the local business parking lots around here behind corners and bushes to cite customers and anyone unfortunate enough to visit a bar or get a meal. Please don't linger in this area. If you do so long enough, you'll have a bad experience with local police. I'm sorry you have to encounter them as a tourist on vacation. “Staff here is friendly, and for the many years I've been here, probably one of the better places around when it comes to service. I come here very often for lunch at least once to twice a week, and my sandwiches are always made well with no mistakes, and ingredients always taste great! I just always keep an eye out of the lettuce and tomatoes as those do tend to go bad quicker.“

Then put the meat on my bread and toasted lighty as I requested. Point is I was unaware and no other location made me aware that I had that option until today.
