“I had a terrific experience Tookie's Seafood restaurant. It's now my go-to place in the Kemah area. The service and food were spectacular. I highly recommend going y to dine here. I was so impressed I just called for Christmas gift cards and spoke to Jared King. He did such a fabulous job on one $50 gift card with adding 10 extra dollars for free that I ordered another one for my nephew. I live out of town so Jared is mailing them in the morning to my friends and family. I couldn't be happier. Haley and Skyler also helped in the process. It was such a wonderful experience. I'm so impressed! This will now be my Christmas present go to gift card restaurant. Call now!!!“

“My husband and I had Brunch at The Backyard for the second time recently and it once again did not disappoint. We have definitely made it our new spot! The service is sooo kind and friendly. “What can I say!! This is one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in a while! It is a little hidden gem!! Everything has such great flavor !! The Gumbo is fantastic and the chicken and the pecan praline waffle is out of this world!! You definitely will not be disappointed with anything!! And to top it all off the food is Hot made to order and worth the wait!! Definitely will be going back to try some other things!! Our table also had the shrimp and grits and they were very tasty!! “Pelican is seriously one of those rare breakfast spots that just *nails it*. The food is amazing—crispy bacon, big hearty breakfasts, and that homemade feel you don’t get much anymore. The chicken fried steak? Unreal. Perfectly crispy, super tender, and that gravy on top is just next level. You can tell everything’s made with care, not just thrown together. It’s honestly hard to find places like this these days. If you're into real, solid breakfast food that tastes homemade, you gotta check this place out. Total hidden gem. “Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!“

They always have delicious food on their menu and a variety of options to select from.
I especially love the vegetarian options and salads they have.
I never got disappointed at their quality of food or the level of service we received from their staff .

“Vulnerable moment: Since being diagnosed with gastritis, my health and diet has been turned upside down. Making plans in advance is impossible because I never know how sick i will be. I spend most of the day silently in pain and finding appetizing things to eat that wont irritate my stomach has been a battle I’ve kind of given up on until we figure out how I got gastritis and heal. Having to go spice, additive, dairy, gluten, and (mostly) sugar free to fight the inflammation, I’ve had to handmake everything down to my own sandwich bread. It was SO nice to feel a bit of normalcy today, be able to order from a menu without asking for crazy accommodations, and to have something actually amazing tasting. “First-time guest and I found this place online. They have several locations. I ordered eggrolls and pad See-EW shrimp. The food was fresh and quickly made. The pad See-EW came with regular brocoli instead of Chinese brocoli. The flavor was great, and they do spice based on 1-5 scale. I chose 3, which is medium. The Mango Sticky Rice was so delicious. I was surprised by the green color but it was sweet and buttery and fresh. The mangoes were delicious. I saw people order just the Mango sticky rice, so I knew it had to be delicious 😋.“

“Great atmosphere and drinks. This location is a lot nicer and quieter than other locations I’ve been too (wouldn’t recommend city centre) if at another location ask to use the rest room and walk around to see how loud it is first before dinning, put your name down first.
There is something on the menu for everyone, I haven’t had anything I didn’t like. The drinks from the bar are solid and very fast. The server was friendly and fast as well! I like the lighting in the restaurant as it was dark as it should be for dinner service.

“I had a friend visiting from out of town, and I wanted to find a nice elevated dining place in Clear Lake. Luckily, I found Masa! To summarize my review before it begins, Masa is now my destination if I am craving sushi and Japanese food. The atmosphere was elegant, which makes it stand out from other surrounding sushi restaurants. We started off with cold sake and Ahi Poké Nachos, which were crispy and delicious. My friend and I split Sushi Combo C, which features 20 pieces of assorted sushi with California and Spicy Tuna rolls. The sushi was very fresh and skillfully made. The Tamago was freshly made with the traditional chopstick method. This was the best sushi I have had since I dined at Nobu in Las Vegas. Our companions had the chicken katsu Bento Boxes because they wanted an assortment of things to try. The tempura battered shrimp and vegetables were lightly crunchy and delicate. After dinner, the four of us had a round of Ninja Drop martinis, which were tangy and sweet. The owner, Michael Zhou (pronounced "zjoe"), came over to say hi. He encouraged us to try one of his favorite items, the Ahi Tuna Tartare, which was spectacular. To finish, we had a couple of bottles of hot sake alongside some yummy mochi ice cream. Our experience was amazing. Our server, Jordan, took great care of us, and we all had a great time. I was looking for an elevated experience, and I got exactly what I was looking for and more. I can't wait to eat here again and try other things on the amazing menu!“
