“Okay im not one to do this but I saw that Erika Montes wrote a review which I figured she would. I was a customer who viewed the interaction with her and the barista. The way she spoke to the barista was totally disgusting and rude. Yeah they greeted a dog at the window but they went back to their jobs. She's upset at a policy that the employees have no say over, and is upset that they seem to be enjoying their job, which can be very stressful at times. Sometimes all you need is to be kind and ask, and chances are they will immediately give you what you were waiting on. And by the way they are making your food/drink so why would you ever be rude to them. I hope you get over whatever is making you miserable and treat others with kindness. These workers are so kind and hardworking, it's a shame they have to deal with customers like you Erika.“
