“I have been a long time customer of Hinze's. I picked up a to go order last night. The food was not up to Hinze's usually good standards. I decided to call back in the morning bc it was right before closing time on Mother's Day evening. I have worked in the food service industry for years and know that right before closing at night after a busy night is not the time anyone wants to talk about orders that were not up to par. I told the manager I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before I wrote a negative review. When I called this afternoon at 2:00 as not to bother them during the lunch rush,I spoke with the owner. I explained the situation and basically was told that I was a scammer and was threating him! He had every excuse in the book as to why the food was not up to their usual standards. I was calm, did not curse, and was very polite and then to be told I was a scammer for trying to do the right thing and NOT be a Karen! Pathetic that they treat long time customers like this!!!“
